My experience of QT was awesome except for terrible broadcast alarm mis-working at 3am… Super annoying. When I called the hotel staff, he just told me that they will let me know if any situation we need to evacuate. There was no apology nor even just sorry. System issues sometimes happen that I could understand. The most important thing is how to communicate with their customers. It was 3am, NOT 3pm that happened. I wish it would not repeat. Aside from that, hotel reception staffs were really friendly and very kind. Location is superb. Hotel room that I stayed was quite good. I would like to opt for QT hotel for next my trip with hope of improvement…

This hotel is wonderful.

総合的にはとても良かったです。 攻めたデザインは私達の感覚を刺激します。レストランも美味しく、日本人にとても合います。 あえてマイナス面を言うなら、飲料水が設置されていなかった事です。またスリッパがあったら尚良かった事と就寝時、空調のノイズが気になった点です。

立地がとても便利。外からの騒音が聞こえて来ず部屋では静かに過ごせた。

ベッドが🛌少し私たちには柔らか過ぎて、眠りにくかった。 朝食はとても美味しく、スタッフの対応も良かったです。

お洒落な部屋・ロビー・スタッフ。 イギリスのモダンな雰囲気とオーストラリアのカジュアルさが、うまくマッチしていた。観光にもってこい。 ビジネスには向かないかも。。

入口でパンクのお姉さんが案内してくれました。 まだ12時でしたがチェックインさせてもらいました。 部屋もなかなか面白い。 朝食がこれまた素晴らしい。 チェックアウトも簡単で飛行機の時間まで荷物預かってくれました。 スタッフ皆親切、次もここにしようかと。

Fave hotel for the city stay, and great breakfast!

It was the best experience I’ve had so far at a hotel. It was so quirky! There was a lady waiting at the door to greet us. The room was amazing and the staff just went the extra mile to help

Excellent rooms. Very quiet despite central location and busy streets below. I was on the fifth floor of the gowings building (twin room with 4 occupancy). Large bathroom with big bath twin vanity sinks. Very well stocked mini bar. Luckily we didn’t need parking as it’s very expensive and difficult to park. Highly recommended for location.

Very nice location, close to lots of shops and restaurants and an easy walk to any CBD location. The entrance is a bit strange since it goes through a restaurant. Room is spacious and well annointed.

The room was unique and comfortable, but the open bathroom concept means you should be comfortable with the people you are staying with, or you soon will be. The shower and bath were fantastic. Bed was decent, not too hard or too soft. The room layout was a bit funny and didnt have the easiest suitcase or clothing storage options. The mini bar had lots of options, though I would expect them to be quite pricy, as the restaurant was quite overpriced, but on par with the Sydney CBD. The overall hotel vibe is very funky and fun, chique and fashionable, certainly makes you feel cool as you make your way through it. The reception staff were very freindly and were happy to give us great city recomendations and held our luggage even after checking out while we waited for our evening flight. The location was perfect, central to everything and two blocks from the St. James train station. Would happily stay there again!

Upgraded to a better room excellent!

The staff at check-in was superb, accommodating our request for a quiet room and an earlier check-in due to an early arrival. The hotel is an historic structure creatively redone. Perfect location in the CBD - steps from the light rail service to the quays where the Opera House is situated, across the street from the historic Queen Victoria Building shopping arcade and easily walkable distances to many other sites and lovely parks. Everyone on staff was attentive to every need as well as being knowledgeable about the city.

QT Never Fails! The best staff the best rooms great dining. Her ‘indoors’ believes it’s like home away from home. We could live there. 😁

We had a great staycation tucked away in the city but in another world. We stayed for our 20th anniversary and were gifted sweets and a bottle of bubbly.
