Excellent rooms. Very quiet despite central location and busy streets below. I was on the fifth floor of the gowings building (twin room with 4 occupancy). Large bathroom with big bath twin vanity sinks. Very well stocked mini bar. Luckily we didn’t need parking as it’s very expensive and difficult to park. Highly recommended for location.

The room was unique and comfortable, but the open bathroom concept means you should be comfortable with the people you are staying with, or you soon will be. The shower and bath were fantastic. Bed was decent, not too hard or too soft. The room layout was a bit funny and didnt have the easiest suitcase or clothing storage options. The mini bar had lots of options, though I would expect them to be quite pricy, as the restaurant was quite overpriced, but on par with the Sydney CBD. The overall hotel vibe is very funky and fun, chique and fashionable, certainly makes you feel cool as you make your way through it. The reception staff were very freindly and were happy to give us great city recomendations and held our luggage even after checking out while we waited for our evening flight. The location was perfect, central to everything and two blocks from the St. James train station. Would happily stay there again!

The staff at check-in was superb, accommodating our request for a quiet room and an earlier check-in due to an early arrival. The hotel is an historic structure creatively redone. Perfect location in the CBD - steps from the light rail service to the quays where the Opera House is situated, across the street from the historic Queen Victoria Building shopping arcade and easily walkable distances to many other sites and lovely parks. Everyone on staff was attentive to every need as well as being knowledgeable about the city.

We had a lovely stay at QT. The room was incredibly spacious, the bed and pillows very comfortable and the mini bar well stocked. It’s one the best hotels we’ve stayed in for a while! The Parlour had great breakfast menu. We hope to come back soon.

A great top of the range hotel for that special occasion. It is central with easy walking distance to the main centres, mainly Darling Harbour and Circular Quay. The staff members were lovely and extremely helpful. We were particularly looked after as it was our anniversary and the hotel provided some lovely extras which made our anniversary even more memorable. Definitely coming back for other special occasions.

Overall style isn’t too bad. I’m not a big fan of The see-through glass into the bathroom. Walkways are huge I think that’s pretty cool. Rooms are large. What drops me down from a five star to a four star was I did make a request for two singles and a roller in the room. That wasn’t provided but the customer service was excellent in resolving this giving me a room for the night which didn’t take away from the experience but overall the location is very good in walking distance of a lot of the hotspots framing of the hotel is great, but yeah, just that one design Thing that I didn’t like about the showers in the toilets having see-through glass makes it seem like a love hotel instead of a theatre kind of classy hotel.. I was definitely an interesting experience but the customer service was lovely.

A very funky revamp with truly quirky features; the designer has fun! Whilst I've given a 4 out of 5 there were a few issues - those controllable were addressed - which I appreciated. Big thanks to the 2 duty managers for doing so: the wet carpet smelling room and the inclusive feather pillows. My expectations were exceeded by these two. Appreciated: Room upgrade, Choice of eating venues,/ Delicious room service menu (the nourish bowl was amazingly fresh), sustainable credit for forgoing room clean, super comfortable bed and light switch that didn't require leaving bed to turn off lights, movie selection. Suggestions: mini bar price list, some cutlery, facility for better lighting in rooms should it be required.
