Handy hotel close to everything we needed. O/ n at QVB a short walk away. Plenty of eating places nearby and rooftop bars, also shopping across the street. Light rail a short stroll away if you don’t wish to walk anywhere.

Amazing executive king room, impressively overstocked bar in the room. Massive gravy boat tub. Would highly recommend.

Really disappointing stay at QT Sydney. Housekeeping entered our room without permission and woke my wife — a basic breach of privacy that the hotel tried to downplay. I lodged a formal complaint and requested a call from management. No one ever contacted me. When they finally replied by email, they dismissed the issue by saying they’d responded to my wife instead, even though the booking and complaint were in my name. Then they charged my card $9.14 after checkout without asking or explaining. My wife checked out in person and nothing was mentioned. They later refunded it and called it a “gesture of goodwill,” but it was simply an unauthorised charge. Poor communication, no accountability, and a privacy breach. For a hotel that markets itself as premium, this was nowhere near acceptable.

Entrance to hotel hard to find on the street as its not sign posted except for a small QT up high above your head in one spot. You need to take a lift up to reception, again not sign posted anywhere except in the lift. Room was nice, bed comfy, nice bathroom. Need to take a few stairs to our floor but reception offered to take our luggage up.

Stayed 1 night for my bday. Did not look like online pics eg worn and dated. No free water bottles. Body wash bottle was not refilled and had to call for a refill. Floors cracked and even though said soundproofed could hear people in other rooms. I will not stay here again.

The room was an odd shape that didn't quite make up to past experiences, but it worked reasonably well. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom didn't work so well as the shower scattered water over much of the floor. Cleanliness was good and the staff were very helpful, particularly in the coffee shop on the ground floor.

Everything was first class. Staff, service, comfort, vibe, friendliness, decor, food drinks eveything. Cannot fault a thing. Praise for every aspect.

Das Zimmer war sehr gut mit Blick zum Sydney Tower. Lage sehr zentral. Alles gut zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.
