都很好

Stayed 1 night for my bday. Did not look like online pics eg worn and dated. No free water bottles. Body wash bottle was not refilled and had to call for a refill. Floors cracked and even though said soundproofed could hear people in other rooms. I will not stay here again.

The room was an odd shape that didn't quite make up to past experiences, but it worked reasonably well. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom didn't work so well as the shower scattered water over much of the floor. Cleanliness was good and the staff were very helpful, particularly in the coffee shop on the ground floor.

Everything was first class. Staff, service, comfort, vibe, friendliness, decor, food drinks eveything. Cannot fault a thing. Praise for every aspect.

Das Zimmer war sehr gut mit Blick zum Sydney Tower. Lage sehr zentral. Alles gut zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.

Fantastic location with easy access from Central Station on the L2 line to very close to the hotel 👌👍 Our fabulous room had a wonderfully large bathroom but sadly the positioning of the bath made the shower screen so small that water from the shower didn't stay within the confines of the shower screen.

The rooms are definitely luxury in feel, are immaculate and have great amenities. It is close to all local attractions, shops, and restarts. Highly recommended.

The staff make this hotel a standout. They are helpful and knowledgeable about their city. Breakfast at the restaurant was superb. Carpet was a little worn but otherwise a wonderful experience

The main entrance of the hotel is actually being used as a restaurant with dinning tables for customers . The moment you enter the restaurant, you automatically think that you are not in the right place as you are expecting a hotel reception/ lobby , not a restaurant. The entire decor of the hotel is dark coloured walls with murals and very dim lighting so it’s very difficult to see the 2 lift door on the left wall in the restaurant that takes you to level 1 of the building where the actual reception is. There is no clear signage or reception staff at the main entrance to guide the guests. There is just a small plaque on the wall saying “ QT hotel level 1 “ but it’s very hard to see. A hotel of this calibre should have clear signage and concierge at the main entrance. I was allocated the room 813 on level 8. The room was decent size and everything was reasonable as you would expect from a 4- 4.5 star property. However, there was no normal drinkable water bottles in the room. I managed to find a small glass bottle of sparkling water in the bar fridge but that was a $12 bottle. No complimentary bottle water for guests paying $400/ night. I tried calling the reception but the phone wasn’t working. So I went to the reception and was told that I can buy water bottles or drink the tap water from the bathroom. “ it’s not our policy to provide complimentary water”. Was the straight answer . I had to go to a 7/11 store near by to buy some water bottles for my stay.

Friendly staff from the start. The building is beautiful and so was the room, definitely recommend staying here!

This is the second time I've stayed at QT. It's a lovely hotel with funky interior design and a great location, Rooms are nicely designed and bed very comfortable. The only drawback in this room was the bathroom design - the bathroom is a shower room with the toilet right next to the shower which meant when you had a shower, the toilet was soaked, the loo paper was soaked, and the floor was wet so unless you used the towels to dry the toilet and floor you couldn't use or get to the toilet without getting wet. Nice bar and restaurant - great happy hour and great breakfast. Despite the bathroom I would stay here again and would also recommend to others.
