The QT was a fabulous place to stay. The alternative, gothic vibe, the art, the lovely staff and the little touches like the cocktails in the mini bar, were all fantastic. Plus the location is unbeatable, in the heart of the CBD. Will definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous room in a historical building - love the light that comes through from the neon sign at night. Excellent and attentive service from the staff and really loved the delish breakfasts in the parlor - a slice of Europe in Sydney !

It’s looking tired and needs a make over. The room was very dark. I couldn’t find my reading glasses and, after a 20 minute search, found them on the black bedside table. The drinks at the bar were hopeless by current standards (spend less on dry ice and more on fresh limes)

Wonderful hotel and fantastic staff. Would highly recommend.

Good app, deals and loyalty rewards

Staff were super helpful when we suspected we left some luggage in the room. They went above and beyond to help us find our missing bag. Thank you QT staff.

The room was pretty impractical, very style over substance. The walls displaying things were full of dust as they’re impossible to clean, there weren’t enough hooks for the towels and dressing gowns and the lighting was very complicated. The “reward” for not using housekeeping could only be used after checking out so not very helpful.

Really fun and quirky and staff very good. Only real complaint is everywhere really dark and hard to just get some natural light anywhere

Great hotel - fabulous staff & central location

Staff were very pleasant, room was lovely.

Rooms are well kept and staff are lovely and very attentive. Checkin was smooth but could have used more staff to the busier periods. The decor is somewhat dated, the standout is the bar on thee 36th floor which affords fantastic views across Sydney harbour

Staff were awesome, very friendly and welcoming. Hotel was nice, but just a little too dim in the rooms.

Quirky and unique atmosphere. Service at check in was courteous and friendly. Service at checkout could improve. No questions asked about how our stay was. Just a “you’re good to go”! Would have loved to feedback that the window sills need dusting and the curtains need cleaning in Room 510. During our stay, when entering the building. There was a strong smell of sewage. Wasn’t very pleasant. If your planing to stay with someone your not comfortable seeing you naked. This hotel is not for you. The door to the bathroom does not completely cover the door frame. There is a gap. The bathroom door also faces the bed.
