The hotel is too noisy. The waiter's service is too poor.

ゴミを回収する程度で、床は汚れ、砂と埃と髪の毛まみれで不潔。チェックアウトした人のリネンがベッドにおいたまま。ベッドの下にはペットボトルが散乱し不潔。部屋は男性の非常に臭い足の臭いで充満しており、気分が悪く嘔吐した。チェックイン後すぐにフロントに部屋を変えて欲しいと頼んだが、コンピューターで管理しているため不可能といわれた。見たところ空室多々有り。部屋の掃除や換気などもしてくれず、その後は更にお金を払った上で他の部屋に移動した。スタッフの対応は非常に事務的で冷たい。部屋とキッチンでWi-Fiは使えず、プールエリアでしか使えない。また非常に遅い速度。その後はプールのアカウントも使えなくなった。 徒歩10分のマクドナルドのWi-FiはFREEで快適のため、そちらに移動し使った。 見た目はきれいだがサービスは最低。ディスコの中にいるように音楽は騒々しく、1日中同じものを公共エリアで爆音でかけている。部屋により聞こえない部屋と、睡眠薬を飲まないと寝れないほど騒々しい部屋とある。 キッチンを自由に使えるので便利。 安さを重視するなら、宿泊を奨める。

部屋は掃除が行き届いてなく、床は砂まみれでベタベタで汚い。シャワー室とトイレの電気がカードキーが反応しなくてつかない。ホテル併設レストラン目の前の部屋のため、早朝から深夜まで騒がしい。レストランから離れた部屋だと静か。スタッフは挨拶もなく冷たいが、親切な方もいる。

人生初のバックパッカーは 本当に素敵でした！まず、グレハン、プレミアバスの停留所から歩いて7分くらいです。 まるでリゾートホテルのような設備で プール、bar、レストランがあり本当に素敵なバックパッカーでした。タウンズビルに来たら絶対にここが一番いいホステルだと思います！安いし立地もよく、とても綺麗でした。

For the price, it is in a good location, with simple rooms that were clean and had the necessary amenities. The pool was good, there is a proper pizza oven next to the pool, with a bar, and also food and drinks downstairs. The staff were courteous.

Great hotel to stay at,lovely staff

If loud music until 2am is your thing then this is the place for you. If not, look for somewhere quieter.

The outside restaurant and pool area were lovely. Great atmosphere on Tuesday pizza night.

Very clean and inviting. I loved the specials on the food at night - great value and excellent variety. All of the staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful!

It was great to discover a very clean, comfortable hotel in a fabulous location when travelling for work for a reasonable cost. The room was great, I love that you could get a drink and meal either downstairs in the main area, or on the rooftop pool deck. It is so convenient to be able to have a meal onsite when travelling. Room and facilities were also excellent and staff very helpful and friendly.

Good location and a fun vibe - helpful staff and it's convenient for food and drinks Although the bar by the rooms closed at 10pm the music from an adjoining establishment and ongoing shouting in the street continued past midnight - not an issue last time I stayed, but my room this time was closest to the street.

We had a great stay at Rambutan. Undercover off street car parking was great. Room was spacious, clean and bed was comfortable. All staff we interacted with were friendly hand helpful. Great rooftop bar and restaurant for dinner as well as the Streetfront cafe for breakfast. We have stayed here multiple times and will happily stay again.

Just an overnight stay. Rooms small but very comfortable . Nice area around the pool for a beer and location was good
