The hotel is too noisy. The waiter's service is too poor.

ゴミを回収する程度で、床は汚れ、砂と埃と髪の毛まみれで不潔。チェックアウトした人のリネンがベッドにおいたまま。ベッドの下にはペットボトルが散乱し不潔。部屋は男性の非常に臭い足の臭いで充満しており、気分が悪く嘔吐した。チェックイン後すぐにフロントに部屋を変えて欲しいと頼んだが、コンピューターで管理しているため不可能といわれた。見たところ空室多々有り。部屋の掃除や換気などもしてくれず、その後は更にお金を払った上で他の部屋に移動した。スタッフの対応は非常に事務的で冷たい。部屋とキッチンでWi-Fiは使えず、プールエリアでしか使えない。また非常に遅い速度。その後はプールのアカウントも使えなくなった。 徒歩10分のマクドナルドのWi-FiはFREEで快適のため、そちらに移動し使った。 見た目はきれいだがサービスは最低。ディスコの中にいるように音楽は騒々しく、1日中同じものを公共エリアで爆音でかけている。部屋により聞こえない部屋と、睡眠薬を飲まないと寝れないほど騒々しい部屋とある。 キッチンを自由に使えるので便利。 安さを重視するなら、宿泊を奨める。

部屋は掃除が行き届いてなく、床は砂まみれでベタベタで汚い。シャワー室とトイレの電気がカードキーが反応しなくてつかない。ホテル併設レストラン目の前の部屋のため、早朝から深夜まで騒がしい。レストランから離れた部屋だと静か。スタッフは挨拶もなく冷たいが、親切な方もいる。

人生初のバックパッカーは 本当に素敵でした！まず、グレハン、プレミアバスの停留所から歩いて7分くらいです。 まるでリゾートホテルのような設備で プール、bar、レストランがあり本当に素敵なバックパッカーでした。タウンズビルに来たら絶対にここが一番いいホステルだと思います！安いし立地もよく、とても綺麗でした。

Nice room, great rooftop pool and restaurant, best pizza we have had in ages!

Room was clean but very small. Didn’t think it was good value for money. All the rooms are located around the pool and bar area so can be quite noisy. There is a good restaurant, parking and lifts. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t stay on a Friday or Saturday night as next door to night clubs. Unless yr going clubbing of course

Staff are friendly. A bit noisy due to night life. I was in a room away from street which was ok. Comfy bed. Air con was on in room upon arrival. Thank you.

Stated luxurious stay but felt more motel like. Parking was difficult to find but got it in the end. Stay was fine for the one night but wouldn’t holiday here

Room was perfect for the 3 of us fir an overnight stay. I woukd more cramped if it was longer I think

Great hotel and location, friendly staff and fantastic breakfast downstairs.

Access to rooms was a nightmare

Room was clean. However, the rooms are located around the bar, restaurant and pool area so are noisy at night with the sound of voices, and furniture being dragged across the floor. Bed very soft so not comfy.

Room is nothing like the photos. We were locked out of our room due to a failing battery. Manager did what he could but sadly we will never stay here again. It was supposed to be a romantic weekend away and instead was a weekend from hell. Thank you to the manager who checked us out you were truly the only highlight this place had to offer.

Good location for your holiday.

This was a really lovely little resort.. the pool area and roof top bar was really gorgeous. It was easy to get around town and find delicious places to eat. but unfortunately the room was so so so small.. uncomfortabley tiny and neither my husband or I are big people.. There was no where to place our suitcase, the cupboard had hanging space no drawers or shelves so we had to live out of the suitcase but had to zip it and stand it after taking our clothes out as there was no room. The shower was huge but the vanity was so tiny there wasn't room to barely hold the toothbrush. The mad cow nightclub is right next door and was still pumping at 2 in the morning.. the noise was something we weren't aware of. I knew it was near a nightclub but figured they would have sound-proofed better than that. The rooms let in so much light. The curtain is not block out and the door frame allowed a lot of light into the room. Its such a shame as this was a really nice and super convenient spot. We will stay again but will be asking for a bigger room next time and will bring ear plugs.
