Good! 有電梯，可以不用搬行李。環境聲音可以接受。只有一點，就是沒有過濾水提供，只有熱水，需要自備飲用水。整體上不錯。

I am rating this hotel terrible as we didn’t get to stay there due to Cycline Koji as we were stuck in Rockhampton due to Bruce Highway closed. We phoned to let them know 1st thing in the morning as soon as we knew the roads were closed due to the Cyclone but they would not refund our accommodation which I thought was extremely disappointing that they had no lack of empathy that we could not physically get to the hotel being 8 hrs drive away in a cyclone. Such a bad and uncaring attitude for a hotel in such extreme circumstances.

Stay was good for the purpose; location is great and the overall setup offers a lot, especially the bar and restaurant next to the pool are fantastic. Room was ok, nothing special, but unfortunately, the floor was not very clean and during the night it was quite loud, especially as there is a large fan on the roof that makes quite some noise. Staff is very friendly. Parking works quite well (there is even an undercover parking area right underneath the pool level; entrance at the back of the block).

Very noisy. The rooms are directly outside the pool / bar area and music can be heard from the rooms. Despite the bar bar and restaurant closing at 10pm people still sit in the pool area and drink. If you are after a quiet night this isn’t the place for you. The staff are nice and the location is central but it is very noisy.

Very disappointed that the cleaner walked into my room at 9:15 am and didn’t even knock. Very rude and unprofessional.

What a fantastic spot! Restaurants are amazing both upstairs and downstairs. The pool area is divine beautiful. Spacious only floor would be the water pressure LOL.

Noise was incredible, rooms next to raging out door restaurant, people up partying till 3am, never again.

Prima verblijf. Zaterdagavond was het alleen wat gehorig in het hotel,maar dat zal wel door het weekend komen. Verder zeer fijne bedden en vriendelijk personeel.
