部屋の雰囲気やバルコニーはとても素敵でした！アクセスもとても良かったです。 ただ、値段の割に施設の古さが目立つこと、マグカップの飲み方が汚れていたことが気になりました。

施設も綺麗でスタッフの対応も良いです。問題はルームクリーニングで、掃除機、キッチンの清掃、タオルの補充等が極めて適当です。特にタオルは毎日何かが足らず。床掃除機清掃は何日か前のゴミが吸われていない。ベットメイキングはシーツがきちんと整えられていない。この部分は問題です。4つ星のレベルとは思えません。

トースターが壊れてましたが、新品と取り替えていただきました。 迅速な対応でした。

水圧が弱かったです。部屋はとても綺麗で従業員もとてもフレンドリーです。

バスタブストッパーがなく頼んでも配備されないため、 バスタブにお湯が貯めれない 食卓の椅子の足がぐらぐらのため座れば倒れそうになり危ない リビングのランプの電球が壊れたままになている

とてもよかった。清潔

フロントやハウスキーピングが迅速にこちらの要求に対応してくれた。施設や設備がやや老朽化しているが、メンテナンスは割と行き届いている印象。

値段を考えると良かったかと

設備が良く、部屋も広くて清潔であった一方、料金はとても安かった。

二日間ですが素晴らしい滞在になりました。ありがとうございました。

チェックイン当日、朝10時頃に到着しましたが、早めの空き部屋ルームメイクをアレンジしてくれて10:30には部屋に入れました。助かりました、次回現地訪問の機会があれば、また利用したいと思います。

部屋間取りの多いアパートメントホテルでとても快適に過ごせました。 夜はとても静かで、安眠できる環境です。洗濯機も申し分無いのですが、乾燥機に前の宿泊の方の下着が一枚残っていたのには少々ビックリしましたね（笑）

5年前にも泊まってとても良かったのでリピートです。 立地はトラムに乗れば便利だし、お部屋は2ベッドルームにしたのですが、キッチンランドリー全て綺麗で広いし快適！ メルボルンに来るときはまた必ず利用します！

少し街の中心からは離れますが場所も良くお勧めのホテルです。WiFiが有料の上高いのが残念です。

A pretty decent place especially for longer vacations. The hotel’s location is excellent with just a short walk to the train and tram stations and the centre of the cbd is just one stop away. The hotel’s facilities are a bit tired but it’s kept running smoothly. The housekeeping is good, consistent and thorough even though there’s no housekeeping over the weekends and public holidays. Any extra things that were needed for the kitchen or for the room were provided immediately. I was a bit surprised that the safe in the room can only be used with a deposit payment. The few drawers beneath the safe shelf were kept locked up for some reason and could not be accessed either. The hotel is located right across the Royal Botanical Gardens, which is one of Melbourne’s top tourist attractions and so it’s a bonus. There are some decent cafes around the hotel and more eateries on the street right behind the hotel. We enjoyed a very comfortable stay and the location of the hotel especially was fantastic!!

I recently stayed a week at Seasons Botanic Garden Hotel whilst my wife was having a major operation in Melbourne. From the first moment to the last, the experience was seamless, pleasant and exactly what we had expected. The hotel is very conveniently located diagonally across the road from the new Anzac railway station and has a host of small supermarkets and places to eat all within a block or so. There too is also the Botanic gardens, which are directly opposite. Staff wise, I found the cleaning staff to be quite unobtrusive, which was something I was thankful for. Moreover, on seeking to make arrangements for my wife to have a nurse to visit her in our hotel room after she was discharged form the hospital - the nurse needing a parking permit - I found the front of house to be a real standout. We dealt with a quiet, calm and thoughtful young man who was only too pleased to help however possible and thereafter thoughtfully enquired as to my wife's recovery. All up, it was a most convenient and pleasant place to stay.

Good space, nice view, friendly staff. Kitchen was well equipped, having a fridge and dishwasher was handy for a long stay, as well as a washing machine and dryer. The bedrooms look out to the Shrine of Remembrance, which gave us a great view. For improvements, the living room lights were too dim and the beds and carpet were showing their age, although still decent. Would stay here again.

We had an apartment for 8 nights, and it was really nice and comfy! Fantastic location! Friendly and accommodating staff. Pool was good for laps (with a lot of turns). VERY good value for the dollar - would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Good location for our requirements. Early morning wake up call was one knock on our door. Ordered food to the room, never turned up but we weren't charged for it though. Not all staff spoke great English
