This is our 3rd stay at this hotel. Quiet and safe area, close to the train station and teams. Swimming pool for kids to enjoy. The room was spacious with a balcony for fresh air. Comfortable beds. However the kitchen was lacking. Friendly staff. For a 2-bedroom, there was only one wine glass, a few cutlery, no knife, and limited utensils.

Poorly maintained property with major hygiene issues and terrible customer service. We booked a two bedroom apartment for 5 people and yet they only supplied beds for 4 people. The hotel blamed LastMinute for the mistake and claimed it was our problem to pay for at an exorbitant rate. They did provide additional bedding upon request so one child could sleep on the couch. In addition to this: -The shower over bath was corroding, -the carpet was so full of dust it puffs up in your face if you drop something on the floor, -there are greasy and grimey marks on the walls, - the bathroom grout and caulking are filthy, -the conditioner had chunks in it as though it had curdled - the spa is out of order -the ceiling in the pool area has fallen in and just been covered over with soft plastic -there are cracks and damage to the walls all through but especially in the pool area -the Wi-Fi didn’t work -dishwasher didn’t work -nothing more than free-to-air TV was surprising -the entire floor 5 stank horribly -previous customers prescription medication was still in the room highlighting lack of cleaning -gym facilities obviously not maintained This hotel has the feel of a dodgy 70’s motel and I have no idea how it has a 4 star rating- seriously think this needs review and potentially reporting. We stayed for one night and I’ve honestly stayed at many far better hostels. Good location. Facilities and service a total disappointment. We won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

It was value for money stay. There were some issues during our stay. Some were fixed while some remained outstanding when we left. The staff were courteous, the property was clean. We stayed just before Christmas so some services were not working. Basic facilities but ideal for what we wanted. Easy access to CBD- walkable or tram.

Back of the bathroom door was filthy. Floor grout is black when you can see that the rest of the grout is trying to be white as it gruaduates up the wall. Small hole in the wall behind the front door need to be repaired. Kitchen was fine. Whats the use of having a large balcony when there are no chairs or table on the balcony. Balcony seem, to need some TLC and cleaning. Room for that price.. need some work to bring to standard of others around. I would use this again but would take something else in the price bracket if offered near it. Parking to get out at the end took a long time to answer to let us out.
