객실 시설이 오래되어 보이고 냉장고등 청결하자 않음

아주 깨끗하고 넓고 보타닉가든의 전망이 너무 좋아요. 직원들 친절하시고 서비스도 아주 좋습니다. 교통도 편리합니다. 근처에 레스토랑이 없는게 조금 불편했고 나머진 아주 괜찮았습니다. 적극 추천합니다.

여자친구 생일파티를 위해 그냥 하루 묵었는데 아주 좋았습니다. 일단 방은 깨끗하고 조용해요. 난방 잘되고 슬리퍼랑 칫솔 치약빼곤 필요한건 다 구비되있어요.

트램 타고 시티 이동 하기에 호텔 바로 앞에 정류장이 있어서 이동 하기 편리하고 주변은 주택가 또는 호텔이라 조용하게 지내기 좋아요 바로 옆에 보타닉 가든 있어서 마지막날 산책도 가고 전쟁 기념관도 다녀왔어요 걸어서 2분 거리였어요 시티 중심으로 갈려면 트램타고 10분 정도면 다 갈수 있었어요 호텔까지는 무료 트램이 안되는 단점이 있지만 마이키카드 쓰면 얼마 안빠져나가요 ~ 저희가 방문했을때 급 추워져서 조금 추웠지만 지낼만 했어요 ~ 24시간 프론트에 사람이 있어서 편리했어요 호텔은 전체적으로 새 건물은 아니예요 하지만 침대 너무 편했어요 꿀잠잤어요 ㅎㅎ

Staff are very nice and great location. I really like the seasons botanic and have stayed a number of times. It is starting to look a little tired and worn, rooms need a complete overhaul with new equipment t needed, but still it's a good place

Great location, stylish room, good amenities and great staff

2nd time visitors and we were pleased with our room and the service by front desk. We did notice that the hotel is getting dated, but everything worked fine for us. The room was clean, bedding and towels fresh and clean, as was the bathroom. The only problem was one missing spoon but quickly added when i asked at front desk. This hotel was just what we wanted for a 5 day stay where we were able to self-cater for breakfast and some dinners with the appropriate appliances in good order. W-Fi was good and fast for us too. The main advantage was its closeness to the arts precinct and South Melbourne and serviced my many tram routes on St Kilda Rd. We will return there again.

Easy to spot, parking easy

The pricing of the room is decent enough, location is good and close to downtown area and other basic needs.

Convenient to the city and public transport. All staff we dealt with were friendly and efficient. Venue is old and worn but comfortable and well suited to the price.

A pretty decent place especially for longer vacations. The hotel’s location is excellent with just a short walk to the train and tram stations and the centre of the cbd is just one stop away. The hotel’s facilities are a bit tired but it’s kept running smoothly. The housekeeping is good, consistent and thorough even though there’s no housekeeping over the weekends and public holidays. Any extra things that were needed for the kitchen or for the room were provided immediately. I was a bit surprised that the safe in the room can only be used with a deposit payment. The few drawers beneath the safe shelf were kept locked up for some reason and could not be accessed either. The hotel is located right across the Royal Botanical Gardens, which is one of Melbourne’s top tourist attractions and so it’s a bonus. There are some decent cafes around the hotel and more eateries on the street right behind the hotel. We enjoyed a very comfortable stay and the location of the hotel especially was fantastic!!

I recently stayed a week at Seasons Botanic Garden Hotel whilst my wife was having a major operation in Melbourne. From the first moment to the last, the experience was seamless, pleasant and exactly what we had expected. The hotel is very conveniently located diagonally across the road from the new Anzac railway station and has a host of small supermarkets and places to eat all within a block or so. There too is also the Botanic gardens, which are directly opposite. Staff wise, I found the cleaning staff to be quite unobtrusive, which was something I was thankful for. Moreover, on seeking to make arrangements for my wife to have a nurse to visit her in our hotel room after she was discharged form the hospital - the nurse needing a parking permit - I found the front of house to be a real standout. We dealt with a quiet, calm and thoughtful young man who was only too pleased to help however possible and thereafter thoughtfully enquired as to my wife's recovery. All up, it was a most convenient and pleasant place to stay.

Good space, nice view, friendly staff. Kitchen was well equipped, having a fridge and dishwasher was handy for a long stay, as well as a washing machine and dryer. The bedrooms look out to the Shrine of Remembrance, which gave us a great view. For improvements, the living room lights were too dim and the beds and carpet were showing their age, although still decent. Would stay here again.

We had an apartment for 8 nights, and it was really nice and comfy! Fantastic location! Friendly and accommodating staff. Pool was good for laps (with a lot of turns). VERY good value for the dollar - would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Good location for our requirements. Early morning wake up call was one knock on our door. Ordered food to the room, never turned up but we weren't charged for it though. Not all staff spoke great English

Les points forts : personnel professionnel et sympathique, établissement bien situé. Les points faibles : maintenance des installations à revoir par rapport au standing attendu. This aging hotel is in dire need of renovation: doors need repainting, bathrooms need updating, and the carpet needs replacing. Strengths: professional and friendly staff, well-located establishment. Weaknesses: maintenance of the facilities needs improvement compared to the expected standard.
