Very convenient

ローマステーションホテルから歩いて10分くらいでサンコープスタジアムのすぐ近くです。スーパーマーケットや飲食店がすぐ近くにあって便利です。バーや居酒屋も沢山あるのでベロベロに酔っ払っても歩いて帰れます。

The hotel was good. Only one thing: unfortunately, the pillows in our room had a weird smell, so we couldn't use them properly. Also, in the welcome letter would be a good idea if the hotel mentions the time for the daily housekeeping service.

Great rooms, great location, great value!!

The hotel is good but unfortunately my room was not. Do not book or accept an atrium room here. There is a small atrium through which guests could look into each others rooms which are about 12 ft. apart. Owners/ Management have tried to mitigate this with the most ridiculous hotel feature I have ever seen. These are giant light shades suspended in the atrium about 7ft. tall and 3ft. in diameter consisting of hundreds of small plastic fish. Very decorative. But the lights are left on, totally penetrating any adjacent room. I slept badly wearing a mask. What business are they in? Don't they know guests want a good nights sleep.

Staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. Room was lovely and spacious. Bed was very nice and very clean. I would definitely recommend. Quite a few good choices.for dinner within walking distance.

Booked a room for family, wasn’t provided with an extra bed, despite paying for it. No staff at the front desk post 11 pm until morning. Not good for families

Beautiful room, well appointed with modern and luxurious fixtures. Honestly kind of incredible quality for the price; cheaper than the discount rate I got at the Ibis for a much bigger and lovelier room. Sure the view is nothing to write home about, but the area is lively and on the balcony you feel connected to the city in a way that a river view behind a giant pane of flat glass doesn’t get you.

I was impressed with the room, but to pay 60 for an extra roll out bed was a bit much. The reservation said it slept 3 people. How can you sleep 3 adults in a king bed.

Nice, newly updated hotel close to transportation options, restaurants & Suncorp Stadium. Great breakfast and great place to stay.

Room was spotless, very comfortable. Staff on reception friendly, efficient and easy to deal with. We would suggest you have a fan operating for staff working behind the bar! We felt for the young man covering afternoon and mornings... He was awesome but given the temperatures he was working in with nothing to help ease things is not good.

No, the room was not in good condition. I complained as it was worse than a three-star hotel. However, the receptionist was helpful. We were upgraded. I would not recommend this hotel.

I absolutely loved staying here but am giving it an overall 4 stars for three reasons. Firstly though the service was exceptional. They had no issue with me dropping my bags off early. I had a small issue with the plug in the bath not sealing properly and they came up and looked at it and it was a simple fix and they gave me a bottle of wine. Now the wine was given to me for a couple of reasons one being the plug two being I’d been up since 2:30am Melbourne time and the third it was my first time is Brisbane. Was a very sweet and kind touch and very valued. 1. They are across the road from a pub that turns into a club at night and that did cause me issues sleeping on Saturday night. Not really the hotels fault though. 2. When I was packing to leave there was a dead cockroach that fell down from under a table. Now this wasn’t a massive deal for me as these things happen from time to time but it does show a little more detail could be taken when cleaning. 3. The food menu is somewhat limited and room service hours are limited. Now this didn’t bother me too much but it could be an issue for others. I would absolutely stay here again but just not on a Saturday night.

I feel misled about the car parking. When I arrived, the roller door was down, witches hats were blocking the driveway, and there’s a sign saying the car park is full. It looks permanent. With nowhere to pull in, I had to park at the shopping centre and cross the road twice with my bags. If parking isn’t available, I’d prefer it was stated upfront rather than presented as if there’s a chance. Honesty is always easier for everyone.

Great room and good location. One thing - the pillows were really firm and thick which made sleep a little tricky.

Check-in on an event day at Suncorp Stadium was pathetic. The girls at check-in were fantastic in an otherwise poorly run outfit. Rooms were still being cleaned after the "guaranteed check-in time of 3pm". With the price per night for accommodation being more expensive than a five star hotel, surely The Beetson could afford another cleaner? Hotel certainly no better than three stars in my eyes. We won't be staying here ever again at those ridiculous prices.

Pool is down the road, the gym is 2 blocks away. Extremely busy street, limited underground parking for small cars,
