中心部にあり、周辺にはカフェ、ショップ等多数あります。全豪オープン見に行く方にはとてもおすすめです。

The hotel room was very clean and spacious enough. The staff were very accommodating, and the location was very convenient, within walking distance to major tourist attractions. I would like to stay here again when I visit Melbourne.

Room layout felt spacious and comfortable. Limited amenities but a great price for a city hotel in an excellent location. Great soundproofing meant the room was very quiet. Only negative was a periodic drain smell in the bathroom.

Great little hotel. The rooms were compact but roomy too. Beds are comfy and the room was quiet. Great cafe in the foyer for breakfast.

Fantastic location, modern room and decent size room.

Nice comfortable room in a good location, but the bathroom was strange. Sliding walls to close it off were cumbersome to use. This could have been designed better. Lights are a bit of challenge as they are push buttons that down always click…. Shower was lovely and bed was very comfortable. Older building with single pane windows that let all the outside sound in - I could hear the pigeons outside and garbage pick up (which seems to be every night between 3:00 and 5:00 am). Location is awesome - as long as you want to be right in the middle of town. Appreciated the laundry but needed cash (A$) to get coins from front desk. Could not charge to credit card.

In general hotel is very good. Rooms facing Little Collins noisy and in room 229 window frame needs attention. Have stayed in this hotel before and have been very impressed

The Capitol Studio room is up there with one of the best rooms I’ve stayed in. Spacious, comfy bed & quiet. The huge bathroom, including a deep bath, is a bonus too. I’ll definitely be back.

This is my new go to for a staycation during Melb Int Comedy Festival.

Reception staff were terrible at check in time. If you can, avoid checking in at 2pm. There were almost 10 parties waiting to check in and there was no system to identify who was waiting first. There was only 1 staff at the check in table at 2pm. Staff told some patrons to sit and wait while new patrons stood in line. Once they were ready to check someone new in, they called from the line rather than people sitting and waiting. When challenged, the staff were defensive and offered no apology for the error and wait time. Insgead, they argued with the customers and said they weren't aware since they were on their lunch break. The staff did not communicate to each other and no apologies were made.

Good in room amenities, friendly staff, good central location.

Clean, modern, and quiet even in this very central location. Loved the cafe Union Kiosk just outside the main doors.

A wonderful boutiquey type hotel right in the centre of all the Laneway action. It’s in a great location, near lots of cafés, bars and restaurants, as well as all the touristy things like theatres and markets. The staff are wonderful, the rooms also (we had a Capitol room which was spacious) and their cafe also great. Definitely recommend and will stay again for sure.

Härligt hotell! Trevlig atmosfär och fint fräscht rum, badrummet var speciellt fint. Kommer gärna tillbaka!
