Great hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet, and everything felt relatively new. The location is excellent, and having a great café downstairs for coffee and breakfast was a real bonus. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend The Howey — we’ll definitely be back.

Parking location, cleanliness Staff was all fantastic. We enjoyed the rooms. The air conditioning was faulting and we ended up changing rooms but otherwise it was fantastic.

Incredible hotel - modern, spacious and comfortable. Service was amazing and the location was perfectly located within walking distance to public transport, cafes and shops. The cafe (Time After Time) in the lobby had amazing pastries and coffee too! This is our go-to when we’re in Melbourne!

The room was clean and well appointed. The location was great The staff were courteous and helpful. Though I was disappointed after checkout I had realised I had left my phone charger in the room. I rang the front desk and asked if they could check the room. They advised they would and if i could ring back in 20 min. I rang back in 1/2 hoiur or so they had found the charger. I asked them to put in the backpack with the luggage they were holding for me. It wasnt until I arrived home that I discovered that the charger was not in the bag.

We had a nice stay. Great location! Right in the heart of shopping paradise, and short walk to transport options. The room was nice (we had one with a good size sitting area and two massive tvs, and an excellent deep soak bathtub). There were a couple of very minor room details that needed addressing, but the staff did this quickly and cheerfully.

Awesome little hotel, great little restaurant on the ground floor, very friendly and accommodating staff. Would absolutely recommend this gem of a hotel. Got a great boutique feel. Will definitely stay here again on my return to Melbourne!

The room was great. I think one of the staff thought I was a bum when I asked for the ground level toilet, she told me they didn't have one. The fire alarm went off at 4am. Good stuff.

Very modern clean and comfortable. Fantastic location if you have something on in the Melbourne CBD. Great coffee and pastry shop in the foyer for your morning coffee and croissant. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
