Nice, clean and new. Staff was extremely helpful. Not too suitable for self driving trip as the parking place was about 3 minutes walk and required prior booking. But overall this was a nice hotel.

Sadly, housekeeping lost my white t-shirt and couldn't get it back.
Housekeeping for the first day was great, but the second day apparently it was rushed - hair ties were scattered across the vanity, my glasses were put on the counter with the glass side down, and my t-shirt gone. It was white and laid on the bed, so it's probably taken by mistake during linen change.
The concierge was kind enough to note that down for me, but the only reply was that they checked and didn't find anything.
Well, you didn't find it doesn't mean you didn't lose it. And this is the first time I lost something in a hotel room.

Room layout felt spacious and comfortable.
Limited amenities but a great price for a city hotel in an excellent location. Great soundproofing meant the room was very quiet. Only negative was a periodic drain smell in the bathroom.

Nice comfortable room in a good location, but the bathroom was strange. Sliding walls to close it off were cumbersome to use. This could have been designed better. Lights are a bit of challenge as they are push buttons that down always click…. Shower was lovely and bed was very comfortable. Older building with single pane windows that let all the outside sound in - I could hear the pigeons outside and garbage pick up (which seems to be every night between 3:00 and 5:00 am).
Location is awesome - as long as you want to be right in the middle of town.
Appreciated the laundry but needed cash (A$) to get coins from front desk. Could not charge to credit card.

The Capitol Studio room is up there with one of the best rooms I’ve stayed in. Spacious, comfy bed & quiet. The huge bathroom, including a deep bath, is a bonus too. I’ll definitely be back.
