Very kind staffs!

The location was great. Many places were within walking distance. In the morning, I could take a walk in Mirabell park as very near from the hotel. All staff were so friendly and the room was comfortable.

旧市街に近く、歩いて回れるザルツブルグでは便利なロケーション。スタッフもフレンドリーで好感がもてる。 ホテル自体は古く、内装もクラシックなため古さを感じる。バスルームは狭く、バスタブはあるが棚しかないので2人分の物が置けない。フリーの水のペットボトルは初日だけです。

スタッフは親切で、はっきりと聞き取りやすい英語で話してくれて、とても助かりました。 ホテルの立地は最高でした。旧市街地にもバス停にも近く、ハルシュタット方面に向かうにも最適です。

立地は良く、建物はきれいですが、シャンプーなどが無く、アメニティーが不足していました。朝食は必要最小限は用意されていました。

スタッフがとても素晴らしかった

1Fの無料コーヒーコーナーが有りがたかった。

立地はいい！ ザルツブルク駅からも徒歩で歩けるし、近くにコインランドリーもある。 旧市街地までも徒歩圏内！

This hotel was one of the best ever! It was beautiful and newly renovated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I give this hotel my highest rating because of the comfortable room and terrific staff.

Had to shorten my stay one day and was told by hotels.com this property does not offer refunds and hotels.com was not any help. This was over a week before I was scheduled to arrive. In the end I just blew off both days and booked another stay somewhere else myself and ate the loss avoiding booking via hotels.com. I would have never booked this property if a no refund policy was clear from the start.

La habitación era nueva , impecable. El personal fue muy amable , el desayuno lo hicimos en otro restaurant de la misma cadena , pero fue muy cerca y bueno.

Hotel has recently rebranded and is undergoing a renovation. Breakfast area is closed but you can eat at their sister facility which is nearby. Beautiful new lobby and very helpful staff. The hotel is located in a great location, directly across from Mirabell Palace with multiple bus stops less than a block away. Also many eating options available within walking distance. Less than a 15 minute walk across the river to other popular tourist areas with a lot of food and shopping options.

We stayed at the Palais Mirabell for one night in Salzburg. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but we were fortunate enough to get one of the newly renovated rooms. It was a good sized room with a queen bed, pull out sofa for our teens and good sized closet area and very large bathroom. The decor was tasteful and beautiful. We were also fortunate enough to get a small balcony with a view of the area. The location is amazing! It was close to parking and directly across the street from the Mirabell Gardens and short walk to the main pedestrian area where many of the sights and shopping are. The staff was lovely and helpful too. The beds were a but firm for us, but perhaps them being new was part of that. The only issues we had were that the top hinge on the bathroom door bent (the glass door was quite heavy and maybe the hinge wasn't strong enough?) and we were unable to completely close the door. Not a huge deal, but unfortunate. The other thing was on our way out the parking validation that the hotel gave us did not work. So instead of paying 24 Euro for our parking we had to pay 40. Yes, we could have backed up, re-parked and gone back into the hotel to try and get it fixed, but we really needed to get on the road so simply paid it. Overall, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We saw nothing that looked anything like any of the photos on Expedia of the hotel website! Even the lobby was dreary and had construction dust everywhere. We got up to our hallway on floor two and it was extremely ugly with very dated red carpet and dinged up dingy walls. It absolutely reeked of the strongest air freshener I had ever smelled, which is never a good sign. Thankfully, the room did not smell, but it was extremely ugly and dated. The Furniture reminded me of what you would see in a kid’s room in the 1970s. It was hot and they said it was because they hadn’t turned the AC on yet. They did send up a fan which helped.The bathroom was tiny, but on the plus side it was well lit. The hotel was quiet until the construction started at about 8 AM. I would not stay here again.
