Was not treated like others were being treated. Not served tea or asked like other guests. Chided like a child for picking up a plate from an area in buffet which the server didn’t like ( no signage to reflect that was not the place) . Seemed overwhelmed when asked if food was nut free when all places in the country label food with allergens. This is when the buffet cost $30/ person. Booked this hotel again for one night without buffet only because of location.

Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t have a bar or restaurant for meals in the evening. We accept that their sister hotels have these.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Located close to the salt mine and we did a sound of music tour that the meeting point was steps away from the hotel. Close to restaurants!

Perfect stay and helpful Service

Hotel staff very helful, however mattress and pillow in room uncomfortable. Low quality mattress and pillows terrible. No option to change to different pillow. Hotel located in great location near key attractions and public transport.

My son and I stayed here on a short vacation. The hotel and staff were absolutely amazing! It was clean; beds were comfortable; and the hotel was centrally located to old town, dining options, and tours.

The hotel is well located, the parking is underground and block and half away. The hotel allows to stop in front of it to drop off the luggage. It’s a walking distance to the main points of interest in Salzburg.

Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal i receptionen. Rummet var riktigt bra. Sängkläderna var av bästa kvalitet. Frukosten ingick inte och eftersom den var så dyr (25 euro/person) så åt vi inte på hotellet. Receptionen tipsade oss om ett ställe tvärs över gatan som hade ett mycket bra utbud med smörgåsar, yoghurt, kaffe och juice. Hotellet ligger nära Mirabellträdgården och nära bussturerna ”Sound of Music”. Väldigt nära även till Mozarts hus.

The staff at reception went way above and beyond to ensure a 5* check in and also provided tourist advice for our stay. Great location too next to the gardens. Will definitely come back.
