Clean great people

We arrived late and the staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location. We enjoyed our stay. I don’t normally eat in the hotel restaurant, we get out and explore, as late arrival though we ate there. Good food & again great staff! They did have an issue with seaweed when we were there that’s not down to them at all, I watched the poor guy raking loads of it out at 06:30!

Beach front. Nice stay

Nice staff. Food was great. The view is stunning. Close to the water taxis and many great places around to eat as well. I highly suggest to ask how the Sargassum is before staying here as the smell was unbareable in the mornings when they are cleaning it from the ocean. The onsite spa was fantastic.

The hotel was very nice and kept clean. It was great to have a little deck with chairs just outside your room. They made booking excursions simple by having a liaison at the hotel every day. The hotel is older so sound does travel between rooms but it wasn’t a busy time when we were there so we didn’t have any issues with it.

Unfortunate that we picked the month when seaweed takes over the beaches but hotel is clean,staff friendly and food served was very good

Great location, amenities, the beach and the amazing staff.

This hotel was great for us. We stayed on the second floor in a standard room. AC worked great! Water pressure was amazing. Hotel was very quiet at night (end of march). There are two nice pools and a bar, where we ate a few times during our week long stay. I loved the belizean chicken and rice. The prices were reasonable. They offer beach towels and free coffee in the morning. The beach is great although we stayed during the beginning of sargassum season and although the staff was cleaning the beach every morning, the water was not swimmable (winds were not helping the situation). The spa was not open one time we tried to use it unfortunately. Overall we’d stay here again.

Nice, quiet location, easy beach walk to the heart of San Pedro. Friendly staff and beautiful water views made the stay. The rooms are a little dated, but very clean and the mattress on our king was very comfortable. The restaurant and bar had great food and drinks and exceptionally awesome staff. We will definitely return.

The location, staff, and cleanliness was great.

Caribbean Villas has everything we needed. It was quiet, clean, and it has the most beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea. We walked out of our room and into the turquoise water every day.

The Beach Bar on the property was excellent

Staffs are kind, hard working and very helpful. Food is great.

As described

This is a funky beach hotel. Don't expect the Ritz and you won't be disappointed. The location was awesome and the ambience was great. We loved that they had free coffee down in the restaurant/bar. The open air restaurant/bar was really nice. We could probably have eaten there every day and been perfectly happy, but we tried to eat around town. FYI Blue Water Grill, Ramones, and Caramba were all really good.

The receptionist was so accommodating and refunded our second nights stay after we saw the property. She was so nice, however the bar staff were some of the rudest hospitality we've ever encountered. They blatantly ignored us making every drink before ours. One did not put in our orders for dinner in together so I was done eating before my mom got her food then he canceled it not offering any other accomodations. The food was terrible. The bar server then avoided giving me my check where this was the first time I have ever not tipped someone. The pool, grounds, and beach loungers were all extremely run down and unkempt. This was the worst hotel we've ever stayed in. Do not recommend.

Good

It was very close to town, but far enough away to be quiet. Great staff, convenient on site restaurant and bar, easy parking for golf carts, small but clean pools. Beach was small, but chairs available.
