Nice room and facilities with a reasonable room rate and relatively central location in San Pedro, Belize.

Friendly staff, clean room, clean property, and onsite restaurant/bar with live music evey night. Room has mini fridge, A/C & fan. Did not have microwave, iron, or hair dryer.

Room was good . View was excellent. We loved to sit outside on the balcony

Nice quiet place to stay. Friendly staff. 10 min golf cart ride to downtown

The room was fine. The air conditioning and water in the room smelled musty and you really can’t go in the water at the beach - it’s too murky. The pools were nice and having the onsite restaurant was convenient.

The stay was just ok, what should make me give it zero stars is the my experience with the restaurant staff. Because the rooms are dated, no microwave etc., I needed to warm up leftovers. I was told the kitchen can do it. I got a song and a dance about health regulations because I didn’t buy the food from them, which I found hilarious because you have street vendors cooking on a dirt road with absolutely no health regulations but anyway they did take my food and after around 20 minutes I asked what was going on and they said the kitchen was busy and they put my food in for 1 more minute, 10 minutes later I asked for my food and they gave it back just as cold as I gave it. Now this was a small piece of steak that I wanted to add to my dinner that I just bought and now they were both cold. It’s was beyond ridiculous, but I know that was just the kitchen and restaurant folk, but overall the place was just ok, it’s right on the beach and the water was blah as compared to other Caribbean waters.

Room in rough shape. Intermittently no hot water. Broken air conditioning. Large cockroaches. Paper thin walls, could hear every word neighbour spoke even when they were talking quietly. Bar in Center of hotel with rooms all built around it so loud music from bar keeps up late at night. Very difficult to get goodnight sleep at this hotel, not great on a vacation. Does have very nice beach and pools.

AC was great. Room was clean. Nice location. Bed and pillows could use upgrades/improvements. I would not hesitate to stay here again if they fixed this. Location was nice - right next to a grocery store. Away from the hustle, but close enough to get right into the downtown area. They provided drinking water which was great.

El hotel rústico pero muy bonito , el ambiente y el servicio de su gente muy atentas , exelente en la limpieza de todas las áreas , alberca , playa , áreas comunes , y su bar restaurante buenisimo y la atención de Mónica , súper , es para volver Gracias a todo su personal y feliz año

Room was nice but very noisy. You can hear everything from every room as it's made of wood. The staff are lazy and disinterested although that's just Belize in general so no difference to wherever else you stay in that regard.

The room was rustic, and smelled like mildew. Lovely location but the beach was full of sand fleas. Close to coffee shops and a supermarket.
