Great place to relax and kick back

Great location - nice rooms !

The stay was just ok, what should make me give it zero stars is the my experience with the restaurant staff. Because the rooms are dated, no microwave etc., I needed to warm up leftovers. I was told the kitchen can do it. I got a song and a dance about health regulations because I didn’t buy the food from them, which I found hilarious because you have street vendors cooking on a dirt road with absolutely no health regulations but anyway they did take my food and after around 20 minutes I asked what was going on and they said the kitchen was busy and they put my food in for 1 more minute, 10 minutes later I asked for my food and they gave it back just as cold as I gave it. Now this was a small piece of steak that I wanted to add to my dinner that I just bought and now they were both cold. It’s was beyond ridiculous, but I know that was just the kitchen and restaurant folk, but overall the place was just ok, it’s right on the beach and the water was blah as compared to other Caribbean waters.

Room in rough shape. Intermittently no hot water. Broken air conditioning. Large cockroaches. Paper thin walls, could hear every word neighbour spoke even when they were talking quietly. Bar in Center of hotel with rooms all built around it so loud music from bar keeps up late at night. Very difficult to get goodnight sleep at this hotel, not great on a vacation. Does have very nice beach and pools.

AC was great. Room was clean. Nice location. Bed and pillows could use upgrades/improvements. I would not hesitate to stay here again if they fixed this. Location was nice - right next to a grocery store. Away from the hustle, but close enough to get right into the downtown area. They provided drinking water which was great.

Way better than my initial impressions?!

Room was nice but very noisy. You can hear everything from every room as it's made of wood. The staff are lazy and disinterested although that's just Belize in general so no difference to wherever else you stay in that regard.

The room was rustic, and smelled like mildew. Lovely location but the beach was full of sand fleas. Close to coffee shops and a supermarket.

Clean, safe, and great location. The restaurant is excellent. The room was basic, but adequate, with a small fridge. There is a grocery store, pharmacy, and other restaurants nearby. The beach is quiet and relaxing. The surface below the water is a bit rough (not sand), so some people may have difficulty walking into the sea. There was live music for a few hours two evenings during our stay. Overall, this is a nice place and a good value.

The property was great value for the pri ce. The beds were not great. The food was awesime and the staff was great. The beach was very relaxing. Msssage in the pier was fabulous. Naomi was a local who had great souvenirs as excellent prices. Would highly recommend this property

Room was clean, staff very friendly. This is an older hotel but its kept in very good condition.

The staff was exceptional. They were helpful, happy and the nicest people ever.

Easy check-in, clean room, tranquil atmosphere on the beach, quiet atmosphere, parking available for golf carts, will stay again!

Great place for the price.

The room was clean and the staff was great! If you're on the bottom, there will be some noise, but it was manageable. The beach bar, on site, was a great place with great people working it! The food is phenomenal! Would definitely stay here again.
