Vandtrykket var elendigt. Vi betalte for havudsigt, men der er en delt svalegang foran vinduerne, så man kan ikke have pasiennerne åbne fordi der går folk forbi vinduerne. Alt for dyrt ift at det nærmest var umuligt at vaske sit hår.

The pool was ok (not great, nothing special). The room was ok (not great, nothing special). The room we got was directly on the road, which is across the street from the beach, so it was pretty close. But the way they greeted us and the lack of kindness or flexibility was disappointing. We found just about every single person we met in Belize to be lovely, friendly and genuine. But the people who worked at the hotel seemed unhappy and annoyed. We arrived 22 minutes before the official check in time of 2pm. They said our room was not ready, fair enough (though I heavily suspect that it was and saw no one go in or out of our room while we waited). But when I asked if we could sit by the pool while we waited, she said no. There was literally one couple sitting by the otherwise empty pool, we’d clearly be bothering no one. Her reply was “the amenities are not available until 2.” There was no reason for this, it was dumb and a crappy way to welcome someone. No one smiled, they didn’t even say hello when we walked in, just looked at us. I had to initiate the interaction, not the end of the world, just not what you expect in Belize, or in customer service in general. She seemed annoyed by our presence in fact. Also, don’t be fooled by the “rooftop” there is no furniture, tons of bird poop. Good for a quick photo but not by any means a place to hang. The experience was sufficient, but not great. There are many many places to stay here, choose one that actually wants you there.

We had a wonderful stay at La Isla Resort in Caye Caulker. The location is excellent—close to everything, especially great restaurants, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The rooms were clean and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the large veranda—it was the perfect spot to relax and sit out of the sun while still enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re visiting Caye Caulker!

This is a great small hotel with amazing sea view and beautifu lscenery. The hotel is simple and extremely well located and accessible by walking from the ferry. The room are simple and clean. We really enjoy our stay

Super Lage, saubere und große Zimmer. Die zwei Damen an der Rezeption waren leider sehr unfreundlich. Waren total genervt nicht mal ein Lächeln. Dass man nicht vor Check in ins Zimmer kann ok aber man bekommt nicht mal eine Stunde vorher Pool Handtücher. Noch nie erlebt. Zimmermädchen aber sehr nett.

Checkin staff was not very friendly and never smiled. Seemed to be bothered when asking them questions. Definitely will not let you check in early. :(

Clean room. Quiet for the location.

Did not have a microwave, witch was frustrating. Some of us did not even have a fridge. Fire pit was amazing, town was amazing.

Nice island and room

Great experience. Customer service was absolutely superb

The staff was very welcoming and the room was very clean. One comment we hope is helpful is that we would have liked to go up to the rooftop more often than we did but it was not very clean because of the layers of bird droppings. This was unfortunate because it is a fantastic place with great views and it would have been lovely to sit up there with a drink at sunset.

Great location and very nice property. Will definitely be back.
