We were placed in a room that we did not see in the website other than that it was fine

The room was extremely cold. We had to keep the AC running because the room had no ventilation and the floor would get wet. Also, room was not cleaned or trash was not taken out the couple days we were there. We had to partially beg for clean towels because we had to use the ones we had to attempt to dry the wet floor.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Property was clean despite the abundance of sand going in and out and everywhere. I like the amenities. They had a pool, deck on top with a bar, and a fire pit. As an added bonus, if you worry about the smell from these sargassum. The Charcoal smell from the fire pit blocks it out. Also, the smell is only bad when the sun shining heavy over it, so like afternoon, I wouldn’t be too concerned with it. My only gripe is that cleaning staff did not lock my door. I addressed it to the front desk and they apologize and they assure me no one else was on the premises at that moment. There is a bit of silver lining in this incident. It’s a good indication that the area is safe as no one came into the premises.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff coffee and teas avaliable in the office all day. Responded quickly to any problems we've had.

Pool didnt seem clean but maybe just an opaque colour

The staff was exceptionally rude. Several unnecessary rules. We learned from the locals that many guests have issues here. Failed to give us towels and then accused us of stealing the ones we never actually had. I’m a world traveler and have never experienced such hostile and rude staff. Won’t ever stay again. Beautiful location tho.

The property was ok, not bad, not great.

I liked the pool and the rooftop lookout. I also enjoyed the fact that it was quiet and centrally located. Good place to go to either side of the island.

Great stay

I love the resort but there were 2 things I didn't like. The wifi wasnt good and THE BEDS ARE TOO HARD I stayed there 3 nights and I didn't get a wink of sleep at all.

I think its a great property for yhe price. The beach area and dock are great to relaxe on. The room was very clean. We didnt use the pool so i dont know about it. The staff was very courteous also. I do wish the Restaurant and bar were open at the top. The view is awesome from up there. Overall if you are looking for a moderately priced hotel this is your choice. You are in the middle of all things tourist enjoy doing.
