I liked the pool and the rooftop lookout. I also enjoyed the fact that it was quiet and centrally located. Good place to go to either side of the island.

The staff was very welcoming and the room was very clean. One comment we hope is helpful is that we would have liked to go up to the rooftop more often than we did but it was not very clean because of the layers of bird droppings. This was unfortunate because it is a fantastic place with great views and it would have been lovely to sit up there with a drink at sunset.

Many things inside the room didn’t work or didn’t work well. Someone came into our room to alter things within the room, like the TV, without informing us. The key to our room didn’t even work and the overall experience was just okay. The condensation from the AC causes the tile floor to always stay wet and slippery, lots of spiders and cockroaches, dripping water next to the beds from the AC and my phone charger wouldn’t work because it stayed wet from the condensation in the room. However, the view on the private pier/beach is nice and the pool looks nice although we didn’t swim. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was extremely cold. We had to keep the AC running because the room had no ventilation and the floor would get wet. Also, room was not cleaned or trash was not taken out the couple days we were there. We had to partially beg for clean towels because we had to use the ones we had to attempt to dry the wet floor.

Property was clean despite the abundance of sand going in and out and everywhere. I like the amenities. They had a pool, deck on top with a bar, and a fire pit. As an added bonus, if you worry about the smell from these sargassum. The Charcoal smell from the fire pit blocks it out. Also, the smell is only bad when the sun shining heavy over it, so like afternoon, I wouldn’t be too concerned with it.
My only gripe is that cleaning staff did not lock my door. I addressed it to the front desk and they apologize and they assure me no one else was on the premises at that moment. There is a bit of silver lining in this incident. It’s a good indication that the area is safe as no one came into the premises.

The staff was exceptionally rude. Several unnecessary rules. We learned from the locals that many guests have issues here. Failed to give us towels and then accused us of stealing the ones we never actually had. I’m a world traveler and have never experienced such hostile and rude staff. Won’t ever stay again. Beautiful location tho.

I love the resort but there were 2 things I didn't like. The
wifi wasnt good and THE BEDS ARE TOO HARD
I stayed there 3 nights and I didn't get a wink of sleep at all.
