コーヒーはなぜか胃が受け付けず、いつも紅茶を飲んでいるので、部屋にせめて電気湯沸かし器が備えてあればなと思いました。

スキー場とお店の近くで便利だった

レストラン、ショップとは道一本隔てた場所で、静かで快適に過ごせました。 プール、ジャグジー、サウナが揃っていて、昼間の野外活動の疲れが癒やされました。

I stay here every April. It's cheap, clean, and convenient. However, the walls are thin and it's a disaster when the neighbors are noisy. This time, the neighbors were noisy and it was painful. Also, I wish the shower had more water pressure.

The room wasn't cleaned properly, Shower curtain was torn

First time staying at this hotel. Personal belongings left on the table during the day, and guess what? It’s GONE after a day of skiing. Never happened before after many stays in Whistler in OTHER hotels.

The hotel's gym is lackluster, staff is ok

Great location a 5 minute walk to the gondolas. Rooms are clean but fairly basic. Could use some hooks on the wall to hang wet ski gear. Hot tub and pool are great!

Place had a horrible smell

the room could use some more hooks and a newer chair which had broken webbing. Otherwise very nice.

Room is clean. Location is fairly close to gondola. The wall is pretty thin and noises come right through. The AC is really loud as well. Wouldn’t recommend to light sleepers

Great location! Steps from the main village where you can access shops and restaurants. I will definitely stay at this property on my next trip.

Good

Good value hotel with pool and jacuzzi. Only one issue was that there were no towels when I went down to the jacuzzi and I also had to ask for a bathrobe

Our room was a nice open space with a super comfortable king sized bed with a great little coffee counter set up, nice towels and chairs with ample closet/dresser space. The heated outdoor pool and hot tub are a signature amenity that we fully enjoyed in the mornings. Raj who was working the concierge desk throughout are stay was exceptional- polite, warm, and so helpful - she made our stay that much better.

Great location, but since we last stayed here nine years ago, the hotel has definitely gone downhill. Everything appears worn. Our room was surficially clean but smelled damp when we left for a while and returned. The mattress had a funky musky smell. The TV dated to the early 2000s and had a terrible picture. The wall plug sockets were so worn that any cord you tried to plug in fell right out of the wall. The toilet paper was industrial grade and so rough made my butt bleed. The general noise level in the hotel at all hours was high, with guest clomping along in their ski boots in the hall and shouting at each other no matter the hour. The automatic garage door opener was right under our room and was running almost continuously during the day and until after midnight, making a lot of noise in all three of the rooms we rented. The lobby is woefully cold, uncomfortable and is not a nice place to hang out. On the good side, the parking was secure and dry, and it was easy to get a space at all times. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Great Hotel!

Las habitaciones limpias, el unico detalle es que desaparecio una chaqueta de esqui que estuvo colgada del cuarto, nos dimos cuanta que la tomaron porque no habia tampoco el gancho que la sujetaba, ademas los dos primeros días el cuarto de a lado 162 tuvo musica y muhco ruido de entrada y salida de personas hasta como las 2 am
