The original construction of the hotel must’ve been with pretty poor materials. The walls were very thin, we could hear noises from above and beside us and in the hallway. It did not help sleep. In addition, the bed was quite hard.

Hot tub and pool closed. I asked for the parking to be included given lack of amenities but no concesion at all considered. Second time at this property that hot tub closed

Heated swimming pool, sauna and hot tubs were bonus! Very clean and modern rooms and the location was excellent.

Parking was extra but close to centre and could walk there.

Our room was loud for several hours starting at 10 pm. People walking heavily, slamming doors, you can even hear toilets flushing. We heard someone loudly puking the first night. Very night to get a restful sleep in this hotel. Bed was comfortable though and rooms are spacious.

This is my second stay here at Aava and just have to say I am very disappointed. Stayed at the second floor of the hotel full of unsupervised teenage boys. Super loud and obnoxious. Running around the hallways, screaming at each other and the door enough hurts your ears. At first I approached the front desk and politely asked to do something since would be great if we can get some nice and relaxing afternoon or maybe a nap after finding out their pool is unusable. We were told they will do something about it once quiet time hits. My friend and I decided to get out of our room since we couldn't handle the noise any longer. 8:30 pm, I called and asked if what time is quite time and the same person said she will come up and tell them to stop which I doubt since these hundred kids seems to get louder and louder. 10 pm, called again. A man knocked at our door saying they will stopped and call the teachers, well the noise just got louder and seems like these kids deliberately did it and lasted around 1 am. The thing is, they should ask these adults to supervise these kids and not wait or do something. Very disappointed to say the least. already disappointed that there is no microwave in the room and added these nuance just made it more worst.

We enjoyed our stay and the room was comfortable. However, could easily hear neighbours next door and above us, but especially so with people walking past our door out in hallway, so noise levels were higher than expected. It was $24 for parking - would love to see that reduced as just adds to the cost of the stay. We did get an early check in which was fantastic.
