Chambre impeccable, bon service et employés sympathiques! Je n’hésiterait pas à retourner

Clean, friendly fast and efficient. Only little issue parking is gated and using the key to swipe the pad rather difficult. The post is hard to drive close enough to or you have get out of the car to tap the post to open the gate …. Otherwise everything else was great

Best Western Hotel Brossard is a decent property. I chose this as it's few mins away from Montreal Downtown. We booked two rooms with Microwave, however we were assigned rooms without a microwave. Front desk helped to find another room on a ground floor with Microwave, which we appreciated. However one of those newly assigned rooms had some lights not working. Electrician came quickly and fixed 2 of the 5 non working lights, but was unable to fix remaining ones. On Expedia, rooms were showing free parking, however Hotel charged extra 10 C$ per night for the parking fees. Other than above, staff was courteous and breakfast was good. Swimming Pool and Gym were useful.

⸻ We booked two rooms for a 7-night stay. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was very unpleasant, as the front desk manager was rude and unprofessional. Please be advised that early check-in incurs an additional fee of $50 per room plus taxes. Parking costs between $10 and $15 per day, which is not clearly stated on Expedia. One of the rooms had visible mold stains on the bathroom ceiling. Upon arrival, one of the beds had to be changed due to a significant amount of hair found in the blankets. Housekeeping was requested only twice during our stay, and when provided, the cleaning was very minimal and superficial. Additionally, housekeeping staff were very loud while talking to each other in the hallways early in the morning. Breakfast was very simple but acceptable, and the staff serving it were helpful and courteous.

Have been complaining a broken chair right after we checked in. Never have someone come fixed !!!

The rooms were a bit noisy and the turned down service in the room was not the best.

Hot water often ran out during breakfast time. It would be greatly appreciated if both hot and cold water could be available in the common area even after breakfast.

For winter time , there should be tray for boots in the room

Breakfast should have more items, very limited and parking should be free as well, I choosed this hotel away from downtown considering that parking is free but it cost 10 dollar per night
