Tout ,le confort incroyable ,déjeuner parfait , personnel souriant et sociable

The room was perfect

Therr was only 1 small elevator for the entire hotel so it took many long trips to get our luggage from our vehicle to our room. Plus, our room was on the other side of the building. Plus we were charged for parking...I think that this should've been included with our stay. Lastly, I had problems with the bathtub drain. What we all liked was the continental breakfast & the heated swimming pool. Overall, it was ok.

À mon arrivée, la chambre n’était pas propre, ce que j’ai signalé. Aucun frais particulier ne m’a alors été mentionné. Ce n’est qu’après mon départ, lorsque j’ai demandé des explications sur une facture plus élevée que prévu, que des frais importants sont apparus, sans m’en avoir informé auparavant. Cette façon de gérer une plainte client — avec des frais ajoutés après coup et sans transparence — est très décevante pour un établissement de cette bannière. Un gros manque de respect, j'ai finalement su cela en appelant plusieurs fois car personne m'a parlé de ces frais, qui sont non justifiés. De plus, la chambre était tellement sale d'emblée que le ménage a été principalement causé parce qu'ils ne l'avaient pas fait avant mon arrivée de façon adéquate.

Staff, room.

I've stayed here many times before and things have slowly gotten worse. First off i needed an extra towel and they didnt want to give it to me. I had to tell the lady that this uas never been an issue before. Eventually after talking to her tot a few mins she said ok but its crazy i had to almost beg for a towel. Second when i got to the hotel i put some stuff in the fridge. Approx 3 hours later i realized the fridge was not even plugged in and there was not even a plug near by to plug it in.i had to carry this fridge to the other side of thr room to find a plug it in. Had i not realized before bed that it was unplugged evrything would have gone bad. In the morning while getting the kids ready i tried to make a coffee and the machine was broekn. It would brew liken10ml of coffee at a time causing the pod not go to waste. Finally we had breakfast i have to admit the lady serving us was very nice but when my little one was having her cereal she started to gag a few times. Apparently after have a few bites of her cereal she said it atsed off. My oldest daughter also ate almost half her bowl and didnt want to finish cuz it tasted off. On my drive to onatrio, which should have been a non stressful drive given the cercumstanced of our visit. Two of my kids threw up ok the car at separate times! Now im.thinking the milk that was put out was probably spoiled. So this time our stay was no good. To top it off this place went from free parking to $10 per parking and it gone a few times.

Room was clean and the staffs were friendly. Overall good experience

We asked for a king with a sofa bed. Prior to arrival we specified we wanted the sofa bed made. Same request upon arrival which they said of course the bed is made. Got to the room, there was NO sofa bed. Just a king size bed for 3 people. It’s always the same booking with Expedia. Worst rooms all the time. We also lost power around 8:30 last night and it didn’t come back until the middle of the night

Clean, friendly fast and efficient. Only little issue parking is gated and using the key to swipe the pad rather difficult. The post is hard to drive close enough to or you have get out of the car to tap the post to open the gate …. Otherwise everything else was great

Best Western Hotel Brossard is a decent property. I chose this as it's few mins away from Montreal Downtown. We booked two rooms with Microwave, however we were assigned rooms without a microwave. Front desk helped to find another room on a ground floor with Microwave, which we appreciated. However one of those newly assigned rooms had some lights not working. Electrician came quickly and fixed 2 of the 5 non working lights, but was unable to fix remaining ones. On Expedia, rooms were showing free parking, however Hotel charged extra 10 C$ per night for the parking fees. Other than above, staff was courteous and breakfast was good. Swimming Pool and Gym were useful.

⸻ We booked two rooms for a 7-night stay. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was very unpleasant, as the front desk manager was rude and unprofessional. Please be advised that early check-in incurs an additional fee of $50 per room plus taxes. Parking costs between $10 and $15 per day, which is not clearly stated on Expedia. One of the rooms had visible mold stains on the bathroom ceiling. Upon arrival, one of the beds had to be changed due to a significant amount of hair found in the blankets. Housekeeping was requested only twice during our stay, and when provided, the cleaning was very minimal and superficial. Additionally, housekeeping staff were very loud while talking to each other in the hallways early in the morning. Breakfast was very simple but acceptable, and the staff serving it were helpful and courteous.
