Déjeuner inclus satisfait. Parking difficile d'accès et serré. Des parents ont laissés leurs enfants d'environ 10-12 ans sans surveillance à la piscine, je n'ai pas profité car ils arrosaient partout. Pas de micro-ondes dans la chambre mais offert sur l'étage (je ne l'ai pas trouvé). Bon choix de canaux de télévision. Silencieux même côté boulevard Taschereau. Je recommande pour 1 ou 2 nuitées pour un passage mais pas un long séjour.

Rooms seemed clean but was very damp. Carpet was wet. Everything in the room was damp?! Pool was cloudy so we decided to not swim in it.. You also need to pay an additional $10 a day to park at the hotel 🙄. Honestly it was icky for a lack of words. Kids were happy to leave. I’ve seen worse but gotta admit was disappointed.

Staff on front desk were not friendly, did not greet you. The room was clean and daily housekeeping replaced towels but did not make bed. Nice pool but the hours were not long enough. The breakfast did not have enough variety.

You can not get extra towels or blankets and pillows, even if staying with a whole family in a whirlpool suite. Nor for the advertised pullout couch. The hotel claims to not have enough towels to provide extras. There is no separate dining area, and it is not a one bedroom suite. There is no separate bedroom, or kitchen. Beware false advertising.

More selection for breakfast would of been nice, to have the same breakfast both days was disappointing. As well, there isn't enough room for people to sit, nor prepare their breakfast. The gate for parking is sometime difficult, and nowhere when I booked stated that parking was extra until check in time.

Le petit déjeuner est très bon et le staff est super! La chambre est très simple, aucun miroir autre que la salle de bain, peu de lumière, odeur d’humidité dans la chambre. Sinon, le ménage est bien.
