フロントのミスで、最初に渡された鍵の部屋には、誰か別の人の荷物が置かれており、他人にアサインした部屋を私にもアサインしてしまったようだった。すぐに別の部屋をアサインしてもらい、それ以外は問題なかった。

Nice clean convenient place to stay when visiting Smith Falls. Not very fancy but everything was well maintained and clean.

Comfortable bed, large tv, staff were pleasant. Could use an upgrade. Eggs and sausages were barely warm, but the usual complimentary breakfast was ok.

It was another quick stopover. Great price range. We went into town for the best Indian meal. It was a feast! Then a walk around the park where Smith Falls Combined Lockstation was located. Incredible information. Quaint town. Surprisingly nice layover. Hotel breakfast was not the best. But overall it as nice.

Excellent location, minutes from everything in town. Very clean and quiet and extremely helpful staff.

We appreciated the comfortable room (an extra chair would have helpful). The breakfast was great and your staff member was very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

Pro’s - The property & room, for the most part, were clean, neat and reasonably updated. Breakfast food was good but not great. Most of the staff attempted to be friendly, but for some of the staff, English was not their primary language. The hotel was conveniently located for us. Con’s - We rented a “suite” for a little extra money and it came with a jacuzzi tub. Sadly the jacuzzi tub was very dated and wasn’t working very well. 3 of the 6 jets weren’t working at all and remaining 3 jets were very weak. There are 2 knobs that add air into the jets, one knob wouldn’t open and the other one would open but didn’t do anything. It was also incredibly loud. Upon speaking with the front desk (there was no manager on the weekend) they did reduce our room rate because of the non-functioning tub. There were also ants coming in to our room from under the hall doorway. We spoke with the front desk again and were told that the hotel had someone come in a few times to spray and it hadn’t helped. A few hours later, a staff member (his English wasn’t very good either) came by and held up a can of “Raid” and motioned that he would spray. I showed him the areas, he sprayed and left. One last thing, the room only had a mini fridge, no coffee maker or microwave, which is usually common in most rooms. The stay was okay but not up to the level of other Best Western’s I’ve stayed in. Not sure if I’d return here again.

Out dated. Bed was comfy. No bedbugs. Great shower, lots of hot water. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Just needs a refresh in the room. Close to everything. Stacked Restaurant next door. Easy parking. Good vending machines. It was fine.

Hotel was perfect, I was here for business and only needed a place to sleep. Room was big, included all the amenities and was close to anything I could need (restaurants, groceries). Staff were friendly. Check in and checkout was very easy.

Room was nice and very clean but carpeting in hallways and stairs were dirty.

Good quality plentiful breakfast, good mattress, good shower, poor maintenance: just above floor wall power receptacle cover plate broken power connection wires visible, door entry prevention (when door unlocked) hasp broken off sharp metal edges exposed. - Advised staff during stay, so they can get maintenance to remedy safety problematic items. Security very good, as is the location.

Clean, simple hotel. Decent typical hotel breakfast. No issue with noise. Staff we encountered were friendly.

This hotel requires a $ 100 security deposit that they put on your credit card. When you check out, they say it’s refunded but they don’t give you any documentation to show you that it’s done. They say you will see it on your statement but your bank may take a few days to process it. . When I checked out they tried to tell me, I owed for 1 night. But I had paid through Expedia, so it took them awhile to resolve it. The room was very clean and I was pleased to see a top sheet and then a comforter in lieu of just a duvet. In the lobby, There is a Keurig coffee station set up, but no kettle. As a result, the hot water selection for tea, as a distinct aroma and taste of coffee, so I couldn’t drink it. Not sure if it is cleaned daily. Breakfast was passable. Cooked sausage rounds, egg rounds ( both microwaved, I suspect) yogurt with toppings, cereals, make your own waffles, apples/ clementines, bread, English muffins , cookies and a very poor version of a muffin. Again I suspect it was frozen and defrosted. Didn’t have a discernible taste. It was kinda pink so maybe Cherry? My suggestions: 1 ) Get a kettle for tea 2). Get some decent muffins 3) Expedia needs to make you aware that a security deposit is required The good news about this location is it’s surrounded by fast food restaurants.
