This is probably the fourth time my husband and I have stayed here when in Smiths Falls. The hotel is spotlessly clean, very comfortable and very quiet. All staff are friendly and welcoming. The room is very clean and comfortable. Location is convenient. That’s why we keep coming back.

We had a very nice clean room with a very clean shower. We found that we had a relaxing quiet night with small town safety and security

When I got to the hotel, my room was cancelled whether through you or the hotel I don’t know. I’m trying to resolve and get my money back that you took and they told me it would be credited within 72 hours and I haven’t seen the money yet.

Noisy guests in room next door (105). I was in 107 and complained to front desk a couple of times, however, the situation did not improve so I asked to be moved to another room around midnight.

This hotel is clean and well maintained. If you request a second floor unit - there is no elevator. The toilet in our room was not filling properly and after a flush in the middle of the night the tank refill stuck on with water constantly running requiring myself to repair it. The in room heater was loud and came on and off with short run cycles leading to a sleep disturbed night. We didn't have the breakfast there and checkout was simple. Aside from the heater and toilet - the stay was OK and I would rate the hotel as average.

Room was very outdated, toilet made loud noises, the lock on door was broken, check in staff was miserable, stains on curtains….very expensive for what it was. Wouldn’t recommend
