Receptionists welcomed us nice and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The king size bed was also spacious for two people. The hotel has nice patio, gym and indoor pool. We didn’t spend much time at the hotel, though. We will stay here next time, will bring bathing suits.

テレビがスイッチは入るが画像がまつくらなのを報告して　部屋を変えてもらった　築年数はかなり経っていて状態は悪い　でもバスタブは清掃されているからゆっくり湯船を使えたし　水圧は十分　スタッフがフレンドリーです　近隣スーパーで買い物して部屋の冷蔵庫に保管して電子レンジも使えるので　外食する必要なし　周辺レストランは色々あります　バス停も近く便利

La propiedad por ahora esta en remodelacion, me gusto la alberca del hotel y su desayuno, no me gusto que los colchones ya son muy viejos y tienen agujeros ya tienen que ser reemplazados todo lo demas estuvo bien!!

The hotel itself was lovely but it was very close to the highway and we could hear the highway noise. Also, a lot of car dealerships etc in the area. I should have done more research on the area. But as I said, the actual hotel was very good.

Since the main entrance is under construction, the restaurant is used as the entrance. However, when we arrived, the restaurant was closed and we had to drive around the hotel a couple of times to find the entrance. The wing where our room was located felt really damp and so did our room. There were also spider webs in the room near the ceiling. Staff are all great and friendly.

we were late check-in almost 12 midnight and felt very tired unfortunately we were given the room that was occupied because my cousin tried to open the door and it was double locked. So I have to back to the reception to ask for another room.

Personnel très accueillant et sympatique. Sur le bord de l'autoroute. Chambre désuette avec tapis dû pour être nettoyé. Lobby en rénovation : nous n'avions pas été avisé. Piscine : bien, employé de la piscine très gentil. Déjeuner : pain et muffin, oeuf brouillé, pommes de terres,céréales...très correct pour ce genre d'hôtel. Ok pour 1 ou 2 nuits

For a regular Best Western, it was over priced. also cant believe the addition of all the taxes. goverment tax, resort tax and municipal tax. was almost 1/3 of the cost of the stay.

While the staff was amazing and kept the place clean, the rooms are outdated and the bathrooms are the worse part. The shower knobs felt like they would break off and we got scalded every shower when the pressure changed while showering. Ridiculously low sinks, sad carpet and a squeaky bed finished off the experience.

I had visited other best western is totally different about price and how look like the hotel. This hotel looks like a motel. In my personal opinion I think, I won’t visit this hotel again.

The property is your average chain hotel. This one seems to cater more to families with children. It is well worn and can be noisy with teen age children in other rooms who may not always be supervised. We missed the outdoor pool as it had been closed for the season.
