Loved being directly in the village. The room was a little dated but had everything we needed. Stocked well. Comfy bed.

Decent stay, looking forward to the renovations to update some of the worn carpets.

Best welcome to a property. The staff are friendly and helpful. Extra shout out to the greeter. He was so friendly. We loved the postcard to send home. Good location. The ski valet did arrive in time for us but it would have been good. Shame it’s only for skis as the walk in ski boots is a bit long. Room is great but the heating system was noisy. Nice kitchen and lovely bathroom. The best bit is the activities included with the stay. You get access to the roller coaster, canopy climb and the snow shoe and skating. Unfortunately a lot was closed due to weather when we stayed but we did get to access the coaster

Had the best weekend! Havent been to Blue Mountain in years. Staff was super friendly the room was so clean and nice. Cant wait to go again.

Very convenient location for ski in Blue Mountain

The hotel, staff, location, parking, rooms and pool were amazing.. We arrived just after 2 weeks of super busy time for the hotel and my only suggestion was to have the cubboards in the kitchen and stove cleaner, I know they were short of time between check ins but hope they will have some time to do some extra cleaning. Love the place and staff and beds super comfy.

Hotel was great

The location, the room configuration, the hot tub, the parking and included activities was a nice touch. While EVERYONE was always “nice” it’s disorganized to say the least. The room set up is great! pots and pans, dishes etc salt n pep! The rooms were decent size, showers clean. We stayed 7 days with a kitchenette and toddlers who wear diapers. We had dirty diapers pilled(I wanted to take them to the garbage but was told not for hotel guest and to leave them in the room, we forced ourselves out of the room to try and wait for it to be cleaned even though we “scheduled” it twice one day we waited till 7pm and gave up called the front desk “rescheduled” only to have the person show up at dinner time after we were out all day again after a day of skiing, kids hungry and tired, they offered us a pile of sheets and said call if you need anything. Large pool is awesome but “heated” very lightly(think lukewarm at best). Hot tub is honestly the best but during the day. It can only hold 10 people but after 5pm 20-30 people cram into 6/7 days we stayed. There’s a discrepancy with being told what’s what. Skiis and boards after 2nd floor have to stay in the locker downstairs but then was yelled at in the foyer to take them back to the car or get village valet$$ then was told by housekeeping lady Allan doesn’t know what he’s talking about. All in all if you’re room faces the pool, you don’t need any housekeeping and you keep your skis in your car this is a great bang for your buck place!

Good hotel to stay for vacation closed to the village and room is clean. Nice staffs!

Staff was great

Staff did not clean room, when I called to ask they said they needed 24 hours notice, when I mentioned they should have told us that at check they said I should have seen it in the confirmation email.

Great stay! Room was spacious, comfortable bedding, well equipped kitchenette in great location. Pool/hot tub was beautiful and clean Friendly staff at front desk! Check in a breeze and Aiden was quite helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Spent three nights starting Christmas Eve. Amenities are nice, skating trail is beautiful! IWA spa also a wonderful relaxing experience. We were not there to ski but hill looked ok and not too busy. Underground parking is also a plus! We ate @ Camino taco 10/10 & Northwind Brewery another 10/10. Drinks at MJ Byrnes was also great. Excellent customer service at all three. A nice three days during the holidays to relax and get away.

This was our second year, and we stayed at Blue Mountain. Everything here, from the check-in to the check-out, was neglected. We booked for 6 people. We had nothing other than what was on the bed, for the bed. When we asked the front desk, they said they have no blankets, no pillows, as the hotel was full. If we booked for 6, at least have the amenities for 6 guests. Everything in the room was worn out and old, and needed a refresh. The parking situation was absolutely disorganised. I paid in full via Expedia, but then again they charged me another $600+ for resort fees so effectively i paid almost $2000 for a 2 day trip, absolutely not worth it, citing we had to buy additional tickets for tubing which also were not worth it. The wait at the rides was over 3 hours in some cases, freezing in the cold, was not worth the wait, The best thing was the breakfast at Sunset Grill which is right outside, we will not be visiting Blue Mountain next year and look elsewhere for a family get together.

Second time at the mosaic ! Last time they had better staff made you feel more Welcomed .

We stayed one night Dec 24th at the Blue Mountain Mosaic Boutique Room and paid over $600 including taxes. Based on the price, we expected a much better experience. We are a family of five, and the room had one regular bed and sofa beds. Both were extremely uncomfortable. The AC unit was also not working properly. It made constant loud noises and the temperature kept fluctuating throughout the night, so none of us were able to sleep. Although the room and washroom were clean, the sleep quality was very poor. The room had no view, only a parking lot, and the village felt quite dull with very minimal Christmas lights, which was disappointing for a holiday stay. Outdoor activities are included with the stay. We were interested in the Ridge Runner Mountain Coaster, but its operating hours from 12 pm to 8 pm did not align with our schedule. Other activities like skiing and canopy rides may be enjoyable for some, but they did not suit our situation. For guests who plan around these activities, the stay may be worth it. For us, our basic expectation was a comfortable room with a good view, which we did not get. We also tried the indoor amenities, but the sauna was overcrowded, with kids playing and throwing balls inside. Overall, for $600 per night, the stay did not feel worth the price. We expected much more from Blue Mountain.
