This was a pet friendly hotel, my daughter and her family, and my husband were moving them from Fairbanks, AK to Battletown, KY. They had 3 dogs, a cat, and a kid.
The rooms were large, and well kept. Close to restaurants, the Yukon River walk, and amenities.
The staff helped us out when leaving. They were 45 minutes away, and realized neither had put their cat in the car. She called panick stricken, I contacted the front desk, the attendant immediately checked the room. He was under the bed. She secured the room, advised housekeeping to remain out until they returned. This is one of my daughter's babies, she was thrilled.
Great job and THANK YOU IMMENSELY from the Peck/Karness families.

The staff were absolutely amazing and very helpful. The beds were actually really comfy, except for the twin. It was a little too hard for me, but the singles were really comfortable.

良いところ
クイーンベット1、シングルベット2で、四人で宿泊。十分な広さ。
タクシーは、空港まで夜中でも来てくれる。
ホテルは、ダウンタウンにあって、観光には最適。
川沿いなので、お散歩道がすぐそばでユーコン川が見える。
受付スタッフも親切。
バス停が近い。
Wi-Fi快適。
少し歩けば大きな公園が二つもある。
いまいちな点
施設が新しくはない。バスルームが古い。
ランドリーが少ないので混んでいる。
近くにあるスーパーは高い。安いスーパーは遠い。
ホテルのすぐ隣がバー。甘い匂いがする。
一階だと外にいる人から見られる。
いまいちな点もあるが、気にならなければとてもいい場所。値段も安く、のんびりできる。またぜひ行きたいし、おすすめしたい。

The room was filthy. There was visible dirt and grime throughout, the bathroom sink and shower were dirty, and when I pulled back the sheets, I found what appeared to be bed bugs. There was absolutely no way my children and I could stay in that room.
I immediately contacted the front desk and was told to contact Expedia. Based on my conversations with both the hotel and Expedia that night, I understood that I would be charged for the first night but refunded for the remaining unused nights. Unfortunately, after leaving the property, I lost cell service and was unable to continue the chat with Expedia.
The most upsetting part was that I was prepared to sleep in my vehicle with my two children because I felt that was safer than staying in the room we had been assigned.
I have photographs documenting the condition of the room and have filed a complaint with the appropriate health authorities.
My advice to anyone considering this hotel is to look carefully at recent reviews and not rely solely on the photos in the listing. In my experience, the property I arrived at did not accurately reflect what was advertised.

Cheaply done. Linoleum in the showers. White silicone on wood, and biege walls. A little thought and a bit of care could of made a cheap fix not look sloppy. But no care was taken, and it looked trashy.

This property needs some major upgrades. The bathroom especially needs to be renovated. The drain in the sink and tub were both rusty. The water took forever to drain from the tub because it was clogged with hair. I could see the hair in the drain but wasn't doing their job for them without rubber gloves. There was mold around the tub surround and cracked silicone. The towels and wash cloths were small and thin. The sleeping area was better but the curtains also need to be replaced. The king size bed was good and linen clean. Pillows were also good. They were larger body pillows. The pictures on Hotel.com are deceptive.

I'm afraid I cannot recommend this hotel. First, the WiFi is NOT secure, so no traveler is safe using the network to check a bank balance, for instance. Second, although my room did have (as advertised) TV, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot, nothing but the TV and fridge were plugged in BECAUSE THERE WERE NOT ENOUGH OUTLETS TO ACCOMMODATE THE REST. The cable to the cable TV box was shredded and not able to be attached to the wall. There was also no outlet for a computer or a phone charger at the desk, although there was an outlet in a bare corner where I ended up setting my phone on the floor with a charging cord. Furthermore, the hotel is located in a part of town where drunk people walk around shouting at all hours, and when I went to the parking lot to get something from my car (middle of the day) a small crowd of them followed me from under the hotel's roof overhang to ask if I had a cigarette and to offer me whiskey from a Sprite bottle. I wish I had stayed at a chain hotel.

The smelliest room I have ever stayed in. Bar near by has lots of people very drunk near the hotel, parking wasn't guaranteed. Poor communication about staying with pets and length of stay with them
