The facilities are sieved. The staff is very kind. The location is excellent. Visitor center. Restaurants and souvenir shops are within 10 minuets.

The heating in the room was not working at all, so I slept with my coat on because it was so cold. Footsteps in the hallway echoed every time someone walked.

良いところ クイーンベット1、シングルベット2で、四人で宿泊。十分な広さ。 タクシーは、空港まで夜中でも来てくれる。 ホテルは、ダウンタウンにあって、観光には最適。 川沿いなので、お散歩道がすぐそばでユーコン川が見える。 受付スタッフも親切。 バス停が近い。 Wi-Fi快適。 少し歩けば大きな公園が二つもある。 いまいちな点 施設が新しくはない。バスルームが古い。 ランドリーが少ないので混んでいる。 近くにあるスーパーは高い。安いスーパーは遠い。 ホテルのすぐ隣がバー。甘い匂いがする。 一階だと外にいる人から見られる。 いまいちな点もあるが、気にならなければとてもいい場所。値段も安く、のんびりできる。またぜひ行きたいし、おすすめしたい。

9月のホワイトホースは日本の名古屋市の冬の体感温度ですが、ユーコンポリシーにより暖房はつけられませんでした。

Reception very nice, stay 2fl non smoking room. Still smells cigarette in the room. Drink people screaming at midnight. Very bad smells cigarettes. Room is clean and good.

The staff was fine. The room was clearly neglected as priven by the cracks in the floor as well as the crevices under the walls. The sheets were not clean and one of the beds looked slept in; the beds were literal biohazards... the pictures misrepresented the conditions of the room as well as the entire building itself. The r9om and hotel were advertised as "non-smoking" but the building had a stench of stale and gresh cigarette smoke as well as moisture build up.

The rooms are always clean and the service from staff is quick and check in is easy.

Wonderful location. Probably the worst hotel in Whitehorse. Noisy, dirty and unsafe.

Midnight and exhausted from my flights it was warm and dry. The room reminder me of a budget fishing lodge from the 70's. It did is job in the end and I suppose that counts for something. Would not stay there again.

A worn out hotel with smokers and drinkers in the evening outside the entrance door. Bathroom has stains and scratches. Noise from nearby rooms at night.

Dirty, dingy & outdated

The door was falling apart, there were drunks at the entrance, it smelled like Sigarro. A dog was barking in one of the rooms, and I couldn't sleep! Aside from the damp smell in the room, it was an unpleasant experience! I checked in at 3 p.m. and had to change hotels at 10 p.m. the same day.

Overall pleasant stay. Room had a great view of river! Larger room. There seemed to have some water damage on the floor. Front desk was sweet and helpful! Would visit again if I needed lower priced accommodation in Whitehorse.

Hotel is extremely rundown and a real sketchy part of town the room stunk the mattress felt cheap. The pictures definitely did not represent what you get.

The hotel was really run down. My room did not have any heat. There was only one electrical outlet and it had an extension cord without any safety cutoffs. The walls were paper thin, there were bugs in the shower, and mold on the walls. The staff were friendly and the sheets were clean, and I saw people cleaning regularly. The property is just very old and run down.

Room was clean, bathtub and shower were desperately in need of update. Plastic tubliner cracked.
