Overall pleasant stay. Room had a great view of river! Larger room. There seemed to have some water damage on the floor. Front desk was sweet and helpful! Would visit again if I needed lower priced accommodation in Whitehorse.

Room was spotlessly clean in this basic older hotel. No a/c if that is important to you. Shopping and dining a short walk away. Lovely reception staff. Room at back had a river view. Front rooms potentially noisy as there is a parking lot and a nearby local saloon

Reception very nice, stay 2fl non smoking room. Still smells cigarette in the room. Drink people screaming at midnight. Very bad smells cigarettes. Room is clean and good.

The staff was fine. The room was clearly neglected as priven by the cracks in the floor as well as the crevices under the walls. The sheets were not clean and one of the beds looked slept in; the beds were literal biohazards... the pictures misrepresented the conditions of the room as well as the entire building itself. The r9om and hotel were advertised as "non-smoking" but the building had a stench of stale and gresh cigarette smoke as well as moisture build up.

Midnight and exhausted from my flights it was warm and dry. The room reminder me of a budget fishing lodge from the 70's. It did is job in the end and I suppose that counts for something. Would not stay there again.

The door was falling apart, there were drunks at the entrance, it smelled like Sigarro. A dog was barking in one of the rooms, and I couldn't sleep! Aside from the damp smell in the room, it was an unpleasant experience! I checked in at 3 p.m. and had to change hotels at 10 p.m. the same day.

Hotel is extremely rundown and a real sketchy part of town the room stunk the mattress felt cheap. The pictures definitely did not represent what you get.

The hotel was really run down. My room did not have any heat. There was only one electrical outlet and it had an extension cord without any safety cutoffs. The walls were paper thin, there were bugs in the shower, and mold on the walls. The staff were friendly and the sheets were clean, and I saw people cleaning regularly. The property is just very old and run down.

The beds felt like soft plywood. The entrance was a hazzard with uneven cement near the doors. One bad step could lead to a very bad fall on broken cement. Good location near museums, bus stop, restaurants. Laundry was a handy extra.

Reception was pushy. Emergency doors all taped with signs that say do not use - no alternative exits for emergencies. Room was dirty with socks and underwear on floor, beds unmade and exposed sheets that were exposed looked stained as if with old blood. Immediately turned around to request a refund as we could not stay. Reception became rude and critical, refused to go look at the room, and would not help call the police when we walked outside and had multiple men trying to get into our truck.
