The room has a very strong odor. It smells heavy, perhaps due to the cleaning product used for the floor mopping. The aircon remote does not work because the battery are not good, so it's not possible to adjust the temperature. The room is not cleaned on a daily basis, and toiletry supplies are not refilled on a daily basis. By the end of my stay, there is no shampoo or body washer left.

Quiet, clean, convenient, as described. Only reason I don’t give 5/5 for price was because it was F1 weekend and it was expensive. But other than that, I recommend

Room was nice and clean. The small cute kitchen had all we needed. However the bathroom shower was faulty, the intenet did not work for the first two nights, the window was faulty and could not stay open, and there was no response from the management when we sent a message through the expedia app.

The room had not been swept for a while, and there were ants. There was a door to the outside in my room, which was on the ground floor - it felt very unsafe. Maybe rooms on a higher floor wouldn't be so bad. It also smelled of stale smoke - could have been from outdoors, but still it was gross. It's also in a dodgy neighbourhood, and as I walked away, I saw people a few houses down using in the front courtyard of a house. Not a spot for a woman travelling alone.

The bath towel in my room had brown stains on it, the frying pan was not compatible with amd induction stove top, only 1 coffee pod for 2 nights, no sugar or creamer, no cooking tools, just cutlery, no toaster, no electric kettle, no security bars on the windows, animal trap outside of window, cigarette butts outside of window, no fire extinguisher in room with kitchenette, air conditioner made cracking and snapping noises all night, long dark hairs in bed, Toilet paper roll was left by previous guest. New toilet paper should be provided for new guests. The shower doors do not close properly. No where to hang a towel, You can not change the setting of the shower from wand to rain shower due to the knob being broken. The latch on the front door is broken, anyone could enter the building. I contacted the property on my first morning about a clean towel and a frying pan. They said they would be dropped off. They were not and I was told that they forgot and was given a door code to get a towel from another room that was not cleaned from the previous guest. I've not been able to speak with anyone since. No one will reply. Stay away.

Great room and location!

room was spacious, and good enough- loved that. hot water took a while as you turn on the shower for hot it loads warm and then gradually catches up. someone attempted to come in. no response when reached out. i guess they were looking for their room .youre literally on your own to figure things out. staircase leading directly to the level badly built- door opens outwards and theres not enough space to stand and open door. room was fairly lovely, good window light too, some pots didnt work on the stove top. enough paper towel, towels, soap and toilet rolls for stay. as well as dish soap and sponge pretty chill and quiet. loved the stations were working on tv. a good bang for buck for a short/medium length stay, max 7. otherwise good enough and cutleries were present too. hope they have basic salt and pepper but tbh, fair experience- not bad, not over the top. but i liked it enough and kinda figured things out too with the no response from staff.

The bed was comfortable, everything was clean, there's an espresso machine. Although it would be nice to have oil salt and pepper for basic cooking. It's also nice that there's a washing machine at our disposal. That said my room was in a basement and there's lots of stairs to carry my 50 lbs suitcase. That room felt clostophobic to me. Also, I sent messages with no response to it. It also smells cigarettes and I'm not a smoker ;(

O quarto que ficamos havia um vidro quebrado e colocaram uma madeira para fechar a parte quebrada, o que fazia o quarto ficar gelado, pois a vedação não estava o suficiente. Além disso, no banheiro não havia aquecimento, por isso o banheiro estava sempre gelado. Fora isso, a experiência foi ok, o quarto é espaçoso, há microondas, fogão, talheres e pratos, apesar de não ter utilizado, achei bacana ter.

Very good hotel. Location is perfect 5-10 mins away from Berri UQAM. I felt safe on the streets around the place also. I got a message with a pin to access the hotel and the room. I don't think they have a reception. The room was a small studio but very clean, with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. They also have a laundry that's provided free of charge to the guests - I didn't use it, so can't comment The only noise I could hear was during the day and only from the stairs above, it was very quiet at night. Note that they do not do room service here at all. You get a few small bottles with shampoo and shower gel, 2x packs of towels, rubbish bags and maybe 5 toilet paper rolls. This might be a problem if you stay for the long term but was perfect for my 1 week stay For the price, location and quality of the room, I think this is a great option

The room was extremely clean, was a bit cold, and the communication with staff online was poor.

bed was comfy, and clean. the washroom was adequate. fridge in the kitchenette worked well and kept my beverages clod. plumbing worked well in both sinks. improvements needed: - rainfall showerhead doesn't work - no shower caddy so all my products were on the basin of the shower - washroom needs a bin - mirror lights did not work - i couldn't find the remote for the tv, i needed to unplug because i had no idea where the power was - armchair had stains all over it

O quarto aconchegante, roupa de cama e banho maravilhosos, utensílios de cozinha novos, eletrodomésticos funcionando perfeitamente e localização maravilhosa a uma curta distância do metro e de pontos turísticos. A única dificuldade que eu tive foi receber as informações para proceder o check in, tive que entrar em contato com eles para conseguir esta informação, mas apesar disto voltaria com certeza a me hospedar lá.

Very poor condition if you want to use the stove you of to pull the fridge out to unplugged the stove and then plug it back in sheets have red spots on them report it and no one came to change it drain was clogged very poor customer service
