O quarto que ficamos havia um vidro quebrado e colocaram uma madeira para fechar a parte quebrada, o que fazia o quarto ficar gelado, pois a vedação não estava o suficiente. Além disso, no banheiro não havia aquecimento, por isso o banheiro estava sempre gelado. Fora isso, a experiência foi ok, o quarto é espaçoso, há microondas, fogão, talheres e pratos, apesar de não ter utilizado, achei bacana ter.

Very good hotel. Location is perfect 5-10 mins away from Berri UQAM. I felt safe on the streets around the place also. I got a message with a pin to access the hotel and the room. I don't think they have a reception. The room was a small studio but very clean, with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. They also have a laundry that's provided free of charge to the guests - I didn't use it, so can't comment The only noise I could hear was during the day and only from the stairs above, it was very quiet at night. Note that they do not do room service here at all. You get a few small bottles with shampoo and shower gel, 2x packs of towels, rubbish bags and maybe 5 toilet paper rolls. This might be a problem if you stay for the long term but was perfect for my 1 week stay For the price, location and quality of the room, I think this is a great option

The room was extremely clean, was a bit cold, and the communication with staff online was poor.

bed was comfy, and clean. the washroom was adequate. fridge in the kitchenette worked well and kept my beverages clod. plumbing worked well in both sinks. improvements needed: - rainfall showerhead doesn't work - no shower caddy so all my products were on the basin of the shower - washroom needs a bin - mirror lights did not work - i couldn't find the remote for the tv, i needed to unplug because i had no idea where the power was - armchair had stains all over it

O quarto aconchegante, roupa de cama e banho maravilhosos, utensílios de cozinha novos, eletrodomésticos funcionando perfeitamente e localização maravilhosa a uma curta distância do metro e de pontos turísticos. A única dificuldade que eu tive foi receber as informações para proceder o check in, tive que entrar em contato com eles para conseguir esta informação, mas apesar disto voltaria com certeza a me hospedar lá.

Very poor condition if you want to use the stove you of to pull the fridge out to unplugged the stove and then plug it back in sheets have red spots on them report it and no one came to change it drain was clogged very poor customer service

Kettle not working, induction cooker not working, no cups, shower head broken. The place is clean

Codes were not sent the night before and had to be requested. Cracked bowls. No cups provided. Water heater with unstable handle and risk of burns. Wobbly wooden stair with risk of falling. Clean appartment. Nice TV screen. Modern oven. Comfortable bed. Modern stove. Things very clean.

The keypad didn’t work, no one was available to help. Rooms were clean but very small and it was very expensive for what we got

The check in process is smooth. After uploading the ID they send me the door passcode and the instructions to the room. The room condition is not optimal. The bathroom doesn’t have a door. The wall is dirty. The water kettle doesn’t work (I emailed the host 3 days ago and haven’t got replies). The stove doesn’t work. The coffee machine doesn’t work and there’s no coffee pods. (The fridge and microwave oven were working though) For the next time I’d be happy to go to real hotels with $30 more per night but have less broken equipments.

I have stayed here several times, love it but this time I was not so happy, there was no duvet or at least a cover, it was hot on the first day but the third day was chilly. Disappointing in this sense. Will I stay again, after 5 times, I will have to think about it.

Decent. Very convenient location just a block to metro and few blocks to bus stops. If you have heavy luggage not ideal. Very narrow stairs. Supposed to get the check in instructions a day before arrival but nothing thill I arrived at the property. Had to call them which wasn’t pleasant but check out instructions were received exactly a day before.

Chambre propre à notre arrivée. Petite mais fonctionnelle. La chambre comprend un climatiseur mural , aire de cuisine , table a mangé et chaise , tv et lit double et une salle de bain complète . La chambre était situé au sous-sol . On note une faible odeur de poubelle dans le couloir mais pas dans la chambre. L’auberge manque d’entretien et les photos ne correspondent pas du tout. Je ne réserverai plus à cet endroit .

Don’t bother staying here it’s a border line hostel and no luxury whatsoever…. They didn’t send check in details until after check in time and also I had no towels in my room for 4 days as they do not answer their phones, emails or messages. Appalling …. Save your money and read reviews before booking!

No towels, just a face flannel and shower mat. No mugs or cups, just one glass. Nowhere to hang our clothes not even a hook on the wall. Should have received check in details 24 hours prior to arrival. Didn't get any information until one and a half hours before arrival. This was despite sending emails ( which can take 3 days for a reply) We stayed in Apt 12, others may be better. The apartment is tiny but very clean.

Came here for the weekend, and honestly we were really disappointed with this place. Right off the bat, we didn’t receive check-in instructions, when I called the management the man who answered was extremely rude and unhelpful, and told me i should’ve received them already. After, when I went to check my email to see if I had them, the instructions had been sent after the phone call ended….. It was a terrible first impression of the property, but definitely an accurate one. To put it simply, the place is gross, it’s falling apart in some places and it’s generally pretty unclean. the stairs and railing to get upstairs are like, genuinely structurally unsound, and the walls are filthy. Our room was much different from the photos we had seen on Expedia, and honestly pretty unclean— stains on the walls, cobwebs everywhere, and a footprint on the ceiling? We were constantly battling spiders, and, when asked by the concierge via Expedia if we were in need of anything, we asked if we could get an extra towel (there was only one given to us for the room), and extra toilet paper, and were denied both. on the morning of our check out, i woke up and got ready, only to realize one of our pillows had a big yellow stain on it, and decided i didn’t even want to know what it was. the place is not like the photos, the only good part was the accessibility of transit and the easy walkability from the hotel to other places nearby. However, that being said, there’s about 12 different hotels on

The location of the hotel is great as its near an MRT station that has 3 lines. The hotel itself is a bit old and rundown. The front door has a buzzer code to enter, but we realized that the front door was never actually locked (might have been broken) which raised some safety concerns. We also booked a room for two people and only received one towel. We messaged the hotel for another towel. They replied quickly assuring us one will be sent over, but it never came. After following up on the request the next day, it went unanswered. There are many other hotel options in the immediate area. I recommend trying somewhere else if you are looking for a more smooth experience.
