Chambre propre à notre arrivée. Petite mais fonctionnelle. La chambre comprend un climatiseur mural , aire de cuisine , table a mangé et chaise , tv et lit double et une salle de bain complète . La chambre était situé au sous-sol . On note une faible odeur de poubelle dans le couloir mais pas dans la chambre. L’auberge manque d’entretien et les photos ne correspondent pas du tout. Je ne réserverai plus à cet endroit .

Don’t bother staying here it’s a border line hostel and no luxury whatsoever…. They didn’t send check in details until after check in time and also I had no towels in my room for 4 days as they do not answer their phones, emails or messages. Appalling …. Save your money and read reviews before booking!

No towels, just a face flannel and shower mat. No mugs or cups, just one glass. Nowhere to hang our clothes not even a hook on the wall. Should have received check in details 24 hours prior to arrival. Didn't get any information until one and a half hours before arrival. This was despite sending emails ( which can take 3 days for a reply) We stayed in Apt 12, others may be better. The apartment is tiny but very clean.

Came here for the weekend, and honestly we were really disappointed with this place. Right off the bat, we didn’t receive check-in instructions, when I called the management the man who answered was extremely rude and unhelpful, and told me i should’ve received them already. After, when I went to check my email to see if I had them, the instructions had been sent after the phone call ended….. It was a terrible first impression of the property, but definitely an accurate one. To put it simply, the place is gross, it’s falling apart in some places and it’s generally pretty unclean. the stairs and railing to get upstairs are like, genuinely structurally unsound, and the walls are filthy. Our room was much different from the photos we had seen on Expedia, and honestly pretty unclean— stains on the walls, cobwebs everywhere, and a footprint on the ceiling? We were constantly battling spiders, and, when asked by the concierge via Expedia if we were in need of anything, we asked if we could get an extra towel (there was only one given to us for the room), and extra toilet paper, and were denied both. on the morning of our check out, i woke up and got ready, only to realize one of our pillows had a big yellow stain on it, and decided i didn’t even want to know what it was. the place is not like the photos, the only good part was the accessibility of transit and the easy walkability from the hotel to other places nearby. The location of the hotel is great as its near an MRT station that has 3 lines. The hotel itself is a bit old and rundown. The front door has a buzzer code to enter, but we realized that the front door was never actually locked (might have been broken) which raised some safety concerns. We also booked a room for two people and only received one towel. We messaged the hotel for another towel. They replied quickly assuring us one will be sent over, but it never came. After following up on the request the next day, it went unanswered. There are many other hotel options in the immediate area. I recommend trying somewhere else if you are looking for a more smooth experience.

Great location, clean suite, fast response to inquiries, suite has a stove fridge and microwave. Construction right outside, flies and bugs in the suite, no hotel services (no coffee/tea, no towel refresh, no extra shampoos or body wash). Felt more like a hostel than a hotel, which is fine but not what I was expecting. Location and price were worth it.

I was initially a bit hesitant due to the negative reviews, but I really can’t complain about my stay. Communication was excellent, and the location is very convenient. We were concerned about overnight parking, but luckily there's a garage directly across from the building, which worked out perfectly. Fresh, clean towels were provided, which was a nice touch. The only downside is that the walls are quite thin, so you can hear others if they’re speaking loudly.

My friend nearlt fell because one of the drint steps is loose. Once we arrived in the building we heard vwmery loud music blasting from our room. It seemed like someone had accessed the room and cranked up the music on the TV. The person on the phone was not able to contact the cleaning staff so they had no idea who had accessed the room or if someone was in it. We decided to knock and open the door. The room looked nothing like the pictures. The AC unit had leaked on the wall. There was a whole in the wall and the walls were dity. The counter was also dirty. We felt quite unsafe staying there for the night. The property manager was not helpful and hung up on us and stopped answering when we called back after we asked for a refund. We ended up leaving and paying for another hotel. We contacted hotels.com and they tried to get a refund for us from the property but were unsuccessful and refused to refund us.

There was a gnat infestation and the is place needs to be fumigated. Gnats and flies everywhere! And no basic amenities like hand soap, trash can in room, conditioner, bag storage, etc. I don’t see a soul working at this place except for housekeeping which are very loud in the mornings. The front stairs to the door are about to cave in and doesn’t meet any safety standards. I had to ask for a towel and blanket when I arrived.

This was one of the worst "hotels" I've ever experienced in my life. It was actually worse than the HOSTELS I've stayed in, in the past. At least at a hostel there is a check-in desk and soft spaces to hang out with others and commiserate about how ghetto your accommodations are. The room felt like a shoe box, with barely enough space to move around the bed. There was not one ounce of detail or care. Not a shelf in sight or drawer to put your things. No luggage rack. No real space to even put your suitcase. Not a single place in the bathroom to store your things, not even in the shower. Then to top it off, I found a suspicious looking bug on a napkin near my bed. It was either a BED BUG or a carpet beetle, but either way there was no chance in hell I was taking that risk for a place like this. I called and spoke with the owner and asked to only be refunding for my remaining nights, but he refused and was absolutely rude about it all. Essentially calling me a liar. I sent him photos of the bug like requested, but they did nothing but respond that they couldn't refund me any money. Whatever you do, DON'T STAY HERE!!! Montreal is absolutely gorgeous and there are many budget accommodations that would be world's apart from this one. Not to mention, the street that it's located on felt very run down as well.

I recently sent a message Twice through this portal and no one has responded to me. This is what I sent about 5 days ago: Thank you for your hospitality at Cloud Hotels. I appreciate the cleanliness and comfort of the space, particularly the cool temperature and comfortable bed. However, I do have some concerns regarding the accuracy of the amenities listed on the website. The listing for the single bedroom shows a small desk and a TV, but neither is present in the room. Additionally, there are no towel racks or place to hang clothes or towels, and the bathroom does not have a door. While there is a coffee pot provided, there is no coffee, which is typically expected based on similar accommodations, nor was I informed to bring nespresso pods The stopper in the bathroom sink had to be removed to allow the water to drain down too. I can provide photo evidence to illustrate the discrepancies between what was advertised and what is available. Given this, I would like to inquire whether a partial reimbursement could be considered to reflect these differences. I do think it was very clean and attractive when I arrived. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

Economically priced, with a location that is central and within walking distance of the metro and many attractions. The room/facility was clean and comfortable. However, there surprising were NO towels provided at check-in and a request had to be made, and this took 24 hours to rectify. If towels aren't going to be provided, please put that on your website so in the future i can bring my own.

Pros : the location is perfect. It’s in the middle of downtown with easy access to the the public transportation. The facility is fairly clean. Communication is ok, but not as quick as I wished. Cons : my bedroom was located in the basement close to the garbage room; its filthy gross. I’ve spent most of the time away from the room; I just slept there with one eye open. I did communicate that I did not like the location of the bedroom but the owner never got back at me. There are rats outside of the building. There’s no bed sheets and towels exchange; you gotta do your own laundry. I had to buy soap and do laundry a lot. Suggestions : it would be nice to provide clean towels and bed sheets to customers staying longer than 2 nights. And place all bedrooms away - upstairs - from the garbage storage. The basement is not clean at all. I would recommend this place for a short stay. Not for 10 nights like I did. The place could be better and I believe the owners will do great in this business.

Uncomfortable bathroom because it was so small...shower also awkward for the same reason. No hooks or towel racks. Walls are dirty and the room didnt look like the photo. I was put downstairs and it was a bit depressing. No blanket on the bed or anywhere in the room. The TV wouldnt turn on..I got no responses from whomever I was texting (AI?) once I arrived. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Imoved to Econo Lodge, which was cheaper with breakfast included, bigger room and helpful reception. Definitely passon this place. There are several other places on the same street that are better.

Handrail to 3rd floor is barely attached to wall. I am 68 years old and did not feel fully safe going up and down.

Great location and decent pricing for what you get. The walls had some scuff marks on them when we arrived but overall the room was clean.

No bath towels, we requested 2x no one gave us any, the reception is rude! Told us to wait for the towels. LOL! There’s a piece of chewed gum on top of the counter. I do not recommend!
