翌日の朝、フェリーに乗るにも便利な場所でした。ビクトリアのような賑わいはありませんが、静かですし、海に近く、散歩をするにも便利でした

Room was clean. Great view of the ocean. Great slippers and housecoats provided.

Room was great. Staff was attentive and the restaurant was delicious.

Room is nice. Location is amazing, but front desk customer service sucks. Room was not ready at 4pm as per their check-in time, which we can totally understand because it’s a busy time of the year. However, the front desk went straight to defensive mode- no apology, no acknowledgement and no finding way to make customers feel better. Instead, we were told right from the beginning that yes the check-in time says 4pm but it’s not always guaranteed, and that because they have limited premium rooms and people do late checkouts. I spend over 3 months in hotels every year and I can tell this is just unacceptable customer service. No matter what the excuse is to make customers wait, acknowledging that mistake and sending a sincere verbal apology are the basic courtesy. Basic! Not to mention that most hotels will get their rooms ready 1-2 hours before. Again, not the problem itself, but the attitude we received due to this problem.

I had a beautiful spacious room, food at the restaurant was lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

We have been staying at this hotel when we visit for the last 20 years, the front desk staff are very friendly but the room cleaning was horrible. Our bed sheet had a big red stain on it from the previous occupants and we requested they change them. They came in and made the beds but didn’t change the sheets, I asked the front desk again specifically to change the sheets becuse of stains and they apologized and sent someone back up. When we came back to the room, the same sheets were on the bed. Went down to the front desk for a 3rd time and they sent someone again, and this time the sheets were changed. But when they changed them, someone’s sleeping mask fell on the floor and they left it there. I think this will be the last time we stay at this hotel.

Perfect in all ways!

Right beside Port Theatre and room check out was noon, which Is why we chose it. Restaurant was excellent, and the morning view spectacular! Comfortable bed, and room was clean and fresh! Great stay.

I was on the 11th floor and the view from the outside balcony was gorgeous; staff were friendly and accomodating
