Our room was wonderful and clean. Only issue was we waited around for an entire hour to check in. Which derailed our plans and had us running late to an event. It would have been nice if we were compensated with any other room availabke so we could have gotten in on time, or a discoutned rate or literally anything. But all we got was the staff saying "10 more minutes" 4 times. Super annoying and stressful when we were running behind and nothing was done or offerred as a way to fix it. I would stay again but id say if youre in a time crunch stay elsewhere.

Great views of the ocean and lots of things to do in the area. Funky restaurants and interesting stores are just around the corner, all within walking distance. The area has atmosphere and the hotel is excellent. Highly recommended.

The room was clean, and the staff was friendly, and the new renovation of the rooms was good with one small exception, there are no dresser or drawers to unpack into, so you have to live out of your suitcase. All right for a night or two, but if you’re gonna be staying there for more than a couple nights, it’s less than ideal. Make sure you bring slippers as the rooms don’t have carpet, it’s all laminate flooring, which is OK, but if you get cold feet, you might wanna make sure you have your slippers with you.
