Good location in lively area that is walking distance to restaurants and transit. Also had comfortable beds!

Great location! Good eateries nearby easily walkable. The room itself had all that was needed and thoughtfully done. Loved the wardrobe center and the bathroom setup was nice. Beds comfortable. Bar was nice to have on site and a small convenience area as well. Would definitely stay again!

In the bathroom the celling was pealing because of humidity all around the shower and sink. Wasn’t really clean

Everyone was super helpful and the connecting mall was nice. We had a drink and app outside and the service was excellent. The only thing i can think of was there was no ice machine on our floor, it was an empty closet. I could have called down to the front desk but i didn't. But we loved it and our daughter didn't want to leave so we will definitely beback!

C'est dommage air climatisée pas très fonctionnelle. Incapable d'avoir un verre de vin ou cocktail avant 5hres et aucun verre de vitre dispo. Pour le prix... à repenser

Clean, good location

The elevators were the only issue we had during our stay. 1 elevator was out and the others were slow. Which meant there were long lines and long waits to get to your rooms.

The hotel location was great. The mall underneath was very convenient. Good experience.

An unexpected accident made us to cancel our trip. We booked three nights (prepaid) and called the property immediately on the first night. The policy we received by text when booking was to charge up to 34% of booking fee. However, the property charged us the whole booking and zero refund.

The location is excellent, we did not use the car during these days. All shopping centre, the old Montreal and St Catherine st is a walking distance.

We honestly had a fabulous visit! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were very clean. The beds are super comfortable and you can’t beat the location!

Really enjoyed my stay. Location is within walking distance of shopping and numerous restaurants. The king bed was so comfortable as were the pillows.
