The e room was perfect and so convenient. The pool and area was great for both relaxing and for kids to enjoy but by far the best part of our stay was the front desk staff. They went out of their way to make our stay amazing and I will definitely be back

Incredible experience. Everything at the hotel was pristine, and the staff was warm and welcoming.

The room wasn’t clean. We had no water at all the first day. We were told it will come soon and given free cookies as sorry. The sofa bad was absolutely horrible. The matress so thin my kids complained non-stop. I book often with double tree so I guess that was it for me.

The hotel was beyond disgusting and unhelpful. We were in for F1 and paid a fortune to stay and from check-in air conditioning did not work. Checked with the front desk that they were going to address the issue and nothing was done the entire stay. Came back late afternoon one day to find there was no water in the hotel and no notices were sent out. Hotel was made aware and did nothing and didn't even offer an apology. Not one person cared to address one issue or apologize for what was going on. Was provided an email to write to the manager and here it is 48 hours later and no response. The hotel is beyond disgusting and obviously doesn't care about their guests or reputation. Would definitely never stay there again and will make sure that everyone is aware of the negativities of this establishment.

The common areas were usually full of trash near the elevators in the evening. They were cleaned in the morning.

Le déjeuner était très bon . Pour le prix, nous aurions aimé avoir la chambre plus tôt. Difficulté à régler la température de l’eau. L’eau de la douche ne s’écoule pas facilement. Excellente localisation.

Toilette bouchée, téléphone de la chambre ne marchait pas

We asked for a towel change and Keurig pods refill at the reception around 11 AM when leaving for a walk. They asked us some clarifying questions, we specified exactly what we wanted, and left. We came back 3 hours later - no towels changed, no pods refilled. Ok, we think, they'll come later, no issue. We'll let them in before going out for a dinner. Again, nothing happen. We go out for a dinner, we come back - still no towels. To make it short - it never happened. No towels, no pods, and our bed was never made. I want to believe this was an exception, omission, and an oversight, but still... Also, the room could use some decoration on the walls, it looks like a medieval Franciscan monastery cell - empty and bare. Other than that, everything was fine.
