設備は古いけどメンテナンスが行き届いていると感じました。

ここは完全なモーテルです。ホテルではありません。

リドーセンター駅がバスで5分と近かったので、観光や空港往復に公共バスを利用しました。朝食はワッフルメーカーやヨーグルト、ジュースなどがあり、子供も満足していました。施設は駐車場を囲むように客室がコの字型に並んでいました。駐車場の路面は凍っていましたが、客室の前がアーケードのように屋根付きの通路になっていたので、朝食会場まで問題なく歩けました。

Close to everything, shops, restaurants and bars. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice staff, nice stay

Very good location so we were able to walk to Parliament Hill without bringing the car (22 min walk one way). There was free parking in the inner courtyard. Very near restaurants and shops along Rideau Street.The room was clean with toiletries provided, the queen beds were comfy and there was a microwave oven and a small fridge for heating & storing food. However, we had to ask for more towels at check-in since there were only 2 sets in the room for our party of 4. These were brought by housekeeping immediately. Breakfast was bagged (yogourt, juice box, muffin) with coffee or tea for pick-up at reception. Hotel Staff very polite and helpful. There was no internet or maybe we forgot to ask for it. The walls were not so soundproofed so we could hear voices from the other room(s) if the volume were really loud. It was a very basic hotel; good for just sleeping in. We were given additional bagged breakfast for snacks on our early drive back to Toronto.

Very helpful at check in and requests, also reminded us of a forgotten item after checkout. Comfortable, convenient parking, friendly staff.

Clean room. Wi-Fi great. Lots of lottle stores and restaurants close by.

Internet was good. Room was warm. Only issue was some random screaming outside at 11pm at the road. And i fell in the parking area from ice. Otherwise decent place. Unsure of the 2 star rating

The rooms not proper maintenac

Living room ok, but dirty bathroom left whole stay uncomfortable.

Juste ok

The room was clean, no problems with the staff. But the morning breakfast is non-existent. Not a problem with a Keurig machine and a microwave in the room, but still something to consider.

It is a great value for a hotel in the middle of downtown. It is clean, the staff is friendly, amenities are available, many restaurants steps away, convenience stores and groceries nearby. The plus value for this hotel is the free parking. Many reviews mentioned bedbugs, which we fortunately did not experience. There seems to be long term customers staying here but that does not bother us. We have a room upstairs, facing the parking lot, which is quiet. The packed breakfast is ok — still need to supplement with something else. The unhoused are indeed around the area: coming from downtown Toronto it is not something too surprising The hotel has a 90s motel vibe which is endearing, although the furnishings may need a revamp. It is a good no frills hotel overall.

The room is not excellent, but it is neat and clean. In an emergency, we could stay for one night, but with a family it’s very difficult—especially in winter, in the parking area.

Old & worn out. Continental breakfast was a paper bag with a vanilla yogurt, a small blueberry muffin and an apple juice box.
