It is a great value for a hotel in the middle of downtown. It is clean, the staff is friendly, amenities are available, many restaurants steps away, convenience stores and groceries nearby. The plus value for this hotel is the free parking. Many reviews mentioned bedbugs, which we fortunately did not experience. There seems to be long term customers staying here but that does not bother us. We have a room upstairs, facing the parking lot, which is quiet. The packed breakfast is ok — still need to supplement with something else. The unhoused are indeed around the area: coming from downtown Toronto it is not something too surprising The hotel has a 90s motel vibe which is endearing, although the furnishings may need a revamp. It is a good no frills hotel overall.

The room is not excellent, but it is neat and clean. In an emergency, we could stay for one night, but with a family it’s very difficult—especially in winter, in the parking area.

Old & worn out. Continental breakfast was a paper bag with a vanilla yogurt, a small blueberry muffin and an apple juice box.

Je suis désolé de vous dire que le séjour n’était pas agréable. Il y avait trop de bruit, la chambre était froide et la cafetière était sale. J’en avais marre d’y rester.

L’hôtel bénéficie d’un excellent emplacement, ce qui est la principale raison pour laquelle je n’ai pas attribué une note plus basse. En revanche, l’état de la chambre laisse sérieusement à désirer. J’ai constaté la présence de cafards, ce qui est inacceptable, et la propreté des sols était clairement douteuse. Par ailleurs, le site mentionne un petit-déjeuner continental inclus. En réalité, il s’agit d’un simple sac contenant un yaourt, une petite boîte de jus et un muffin. Cette présentation est trompeuse et ne correspond pas à ce que l’on est en droit d’attendre d’un petit-déjeuner continental. En résumé, l’emplacement est un réel avantage, mais les problèmes d’hygiène et la description inexacte des prestations méritent d’être sérieusement revus.

The walls are not at all sound proof. We could here our neighbours talking at a normal volume in the next room and we got to listen to their baby cry all night long too (not their fault. That's what babes do sometimes). To top things off...There was no breakfast on Sunday morning as advertised.

The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. The free breakfast was a muffin, yogurt and a juice box. Different places to eat close by. We would stay there again

The beds were clean, the room was warm when we got there. The floor had stuff on it (I'm assuming tracked in by the cleaning staff) but I was wearing slippers so it was fine.

Frukosten som ses på bilderna gäller bara under helgen, på vardagar var det kaffe och en påse med en muffins och yoghurt. Inget fel på det, men bra att veta. Personalen var jättetrevliga och parkeringen var toppen. Rummen var rymliga och sängarna var sköna, men inte städat under sängen. Läget var bra, men som kvinna hade hag inte velat gå dit själv på natten

Was comfortable

The room looks like recently renovated, clean, comfy, has an iron, dryer, microwave, fridge. Reasonable price for downtown motel

Convenient, easy parking; clean. Only drawback is that soundproofing is not very good - can hear people in other units.

Infested with cockroaches, smell like molds , staffs not very helpful, not safe for travellers
