The room was pretty dirty, staff were nice though, lots of shops nearby and goid ac

Room was very rundown and unclean. Not all surfaces wiped down. No vacuuming or cleaning done near heater or baseboards. Hairdryer did not work. Was given another but it was not properly secured to the wall. Coffee maker also didn't work and needed to be replaced. The carpet is so old a stained with obvious sticky places, I did not feel safe going barefoot. Bed was comfortable.

Turned away by front desk for trying to purchase a room for an employee for mine.

Terrible place to go waste of time and money

There was no thermostat to control the heat in the room it was absolutely freezing! The tv didnt work at all kept coming up no IP also the wifi didnt work either.... and to top this all off my husband and i woke up with bed bug bites 😡😡😡 the price was good but this place needs aloooooooot of work! Will not stay here ever again!

It was dirty and the staff was rude

The hotel was very dusty and dirty plus very hot we had to keep the ac on all day/night. It had 1 little window at the back. I wanted to take a bath however the plunger for the tub was broken. I would never recommend staying here.

It's good for what it is. Wasn't expecting the Hilton for that price. But clean enough for me and my son.

They dont change the bedding. Water drips under the sink.

Limited parking only, the inidan guy staff at night, he doesnt know hospitality means. Dirty stairs, dirty hallways, windows hasnt wiped down for a while. The building looks new from the outside, but the inside needs renovation. Stained sheets and towels, sticky carpets, dusty tables.

Yes it was very good

Parking was very unsafe with ice everywhere on the parking lot, no safety measures in place, no de-icers, nothing at all, I saw someone trip over ice, if I tripped over ice, I would sue this business. The staff was not only unfriendly but also VERY rude and I am still yet to get a refund of the deposit charged for damages yet I was told it was going to reflect instantly.

Vehicle was safe no elevator

Do NOT stay here unless you ABSOLUTELY have NO OTHER choice. Everything in the room was broken, VERY dirty and falling apart.... When we lifted the covers, there were yellow stains on there, so we ended up keeping all of our clothes on to protect ourselves and covered up with our own jackets and blankets, which we had in our car. We had a terrible night and none of us could sleep or felt safe. Definitely a HARD NO for us and will most certainly NEVER stay there again. I'd rather sleep in a tent or car at that point. The least you can do it KEEP IT CLEAN!!! That would make all the difference, even with everything broken and falling apart.

I was in the room long enough to turn on the lights and see all the cockroaches. I did not stay and went somewhere else
