staff is great

The office was closed I couldn’t get a room key had to book another hotel

First room they gave us had not been cleaned, second room the gave us the TV was not working, but on the plus side they were quick to fix each situation.

Therevwas too many cockroach

Next to train tracks. Very basic room, not that nice but good enough to sleep in.

although its an older hotel, it was clean and comfy enough. the front desk staff was friendly as was the cleaning staff.

The room was clean. The room I stayed in needs a little TLC. But other than that it was good. The bed was amazing. The staff were respectful and friendly.

Room was fine, internet connection wasn’t great.

I got to the hotel tired and wanting to check in and relax and they wouldn't allow me to check in because I used a visa debit to reserve the room. They informed me upon arrival that they do not accept Visa debit add and appropriate form of payment not do they accept cash deposits. They told me to go down the way. I ended up having to spend almost triple what I had originally bargained on spending plus a 100$ damage deposit. But at least they let me use my debit card at the Royal Lodge 2 doors down.

Nice

The room I got wasn't even clean. The carpet was dirty, the furniture, wasn't moved to be vacuumed, there was a lot of dust and dirt, the toilet was wobbly, the bathroom the walls and doors look like they haven't been clean in a while the tub is stained. There were cops pounding on the doors the first night. There is only one window a small one. It felt like a dungeon. Well housekeeping was cleaning other rooms. It seemed like those rooms clean and updated. The rooms that are not updated and still has carpet. Keep those rooms block until you renovate them. I wouldn't even put a homeless person in there. I think everyone deserves a roof over their head

So dirty

The rooms might be good but front desk is aerfull you can only get a room if you have credit card,not even visa debit is acceptedwasnt asked absolutelly nothing but credit card and without it it's impossible to stay at this hotel,much better paid a little bit more but was treated with dignity,respect and courtesy st the Comfort Inn that from now on will be my optioñ when in needof escape!!!!!(

Lots of maintenance issue

Breakfast is supposed to be served until 10 am. Went down at 9:45, most good put away already. No waffles, pastries etc.

Lost my time going there because without credit card you can't rent room,I understand that in case of car rental when tickets can appear months later from the ininfraction nowboin an hotel that has a security deposit

Too much noise at night. Could not sleep.

Room was not vacuumed. Otherwise decent for the price
