The convenience for a last minute trip, and the price

When I arrived I was not welcomed with a smile or greeting. The man did check me in 5 minutes early as I arrived. He did share with me the restaurants that were available within the area etc. His mannerisms were terrible and when I asked questions he was quick to answer and seemed annoyed. The room was clean ish. The cleanliness was less than basic. No attention to the details of cleaning the coffee tray or machine. The corners of the room, bathroom, behind the tv were nasty. I cleaned hotel rooms for 2 years and I could tell this place was not done with care for health and safety of their guests. The staff at check out apparently were the managers and they were not welcoming either. No friendly greetings and didn’t ask me how my stay was. I will not be going back there and I hope they read this with an open mind. Please do major training for you and your staff in hospitality and communication.

We had to leave the property within 1.5 hours of checking in due to its poor condition. The room was extremely dirty, the beds were uncomfortable, and the washroom was not properly cleaned. Our experience was very disappointing, and we would not recommend booking this place. Despite leaving shortly after arrival because the accommodations were unacceptable, the hotel staff refused to provide a refund.

Price is OK for those who wants to pay less but at least they should have wash the duvet , towels with a good smell detergent.

Dirtiest hotel I have ever been to and I have been to a lot. Carpet is discussing along with everything else. Coffee machine has food caked on it looked like for years . Everything was dusty and gross. Staff not so nice either and did nothing about the dirty room. Stay away if you want to feel comfortable. I understand it is a cheaper option but I didn’t even want to sleep in the bed. Stayed in cheaper hotels with much better quality of cleanliness and staff.

Dirty Room, very sticky carpets, dusty counter tops, windows, stained towels , the staff very rude. Hallways, stairs very dirty, tables has coffee/drink drips from the last person who stayed.

Too hot in the room and max A/C was not enough to cool it down. Old run down dirty hotel next to the railroad tracks. Didn’t expect much going in but was much worse than anticipated.

Room was very rundown and unclean. Not all surfaces wiped down. No vacuuming or cleaning done near heater or baseboards. Hairdryer did not work. Was given another but it was not properly secured to the wall. Coffee maker also didn't work and needed to be replaced. The carpet is so old a stained with obvious sticky places, I did not feel safe going barefoot. Bed was comfortable.

Turned away by front desk for trying to purchase a room for an employee for mine.

Terrible place to go waste of time and money

There was no thermostat to control the heat in the room it was absolutely freezing! The tv didnt work at all kept coming up no IP also the wifi didnt work either.... and to top this all off my husband and i woke up with bed bug bites 😡😡😡 the price was good but this place needs aloooooooot of work! Will not stay here ever again!

It was dirty and the staff was rude

The hotel was very dusty and dirty plus very hot we had to keep the ac on all day/night. It had 1 little window at the back. I wanted to take a bath however the plunger for the tub was broken. I would never recommend staying here.
