Four Points by Sheraton Cambridge Kitchener, Ontario

Room is clean and comfortable. But Fitness, laundry, PC are all out of service during stay. Only one time, water stopped over the night. I don’t blame the hotel about water stopping but my experience was 2 stars

Just ask more questions about reservation different ppl said different details about our reservation, elevator was Brocken would wait 15min at a time to get up or down.

The bed hurt my back. I could not have a full night sleep.

We are extremely disappointed with our recent stay at Four Points by Sheraton on Saturday night. This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we have had, especially compared to our previous stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Sarnia, Ontario, where everything was excellent. Because of that positive experience, we chose to stay with your brand again, but this stay completely failed to meet even basic cleanliness and comfort standards. The first room we were assigned, Room 512, was unacceptable. The moment we entered, there was a very strong unpleasant smell throughout the room and bathroom. The odor was so bad that we could not even settle in or unpack our belongings. Within less than five minutes, we had to request a room change. On top of that, the bathtub was not properly cleaned, and the bathroom itself had a strange and unpleasant smell. For a hotel under the Sheraton brand, this level of cleanliness is extremely concerning. After reporting the issue, we were moved to Room 515. Unfortunately, the experience still did not improve much. The room again had an off smell when we entered, but by that point we were exhausted and decided to stay. However, the biggest issue in this room was the shower water pressure. The water flow was unbelievably weak. It took approximately 20–25 minutes for just one person to take a shower properly. For two people, showering before bed and again before checkout became a frustrating and exhausting process that took nearly two hours

Great stay with the kids on a hockey tournament. They pool was a major attraction, amidst renovations. Still clean and quiet, great choice.

Disaster - parking lot decayed - garage cans overflowing - dirty - lobby underconstruction - one elevator broken for months apparently. One elevator for 120 rooms - worst Sheraton I have ever seen. No value at all and not anywhere near the cost of the room. Should NOT be marketed as a Sheraton. Do not stay here.

This hotel has never let me down. The restaurant food is delicious. They offer breakfast and dinner and I highly recommend BOTH! The kitchen staff is so friendly. The reception staff are also friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. It's a very quiet place to sleep. I took advantage of the fitness room during my 4 day stay. Just perfect. The reason for the 4/5 score for the 'condition of the property' is because only one of two elevators was working and the interior stairs did not have an entry/exit into the lobby. I would have gladly used the stairs to go up and down but ending up outside the building wasn't really convenient. It will be much better once the second elevator is back in business. I still highly recommend this hotel.

Clean room, good location.

The hotel was convenient for a neatby wedding we attended. The room was clean and comfortable with a convenient coffee maker, fridge and microwave. We were hoping to check in an hour earlier than the normal 3 pm checkin and the kind woman working at the front desk made that pissible. We were very pleased with our stay.

Clean and quite.

Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent, staff there especially friendly and attentive.

Room was adequate but shower had little to no water pressure (very unpleasant shower). Elevator was out of service.Construction materials were left in the stairwell. Lobby was treated in some sort of scented spray or deodorant that smelled over powering and offensive. Pool deck had infestation of ants and incomplete wall lighting (exposed wires). The sound proofing from the hall to the room was non existent. Family was woken up multiple times through the night as late night guests returned to their rooms. Building staff did not intervene with guests who were intoxicated and loitering and visiting in the hallways after midnight.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Mattress was a little too soft for my liking but that's just my preference.

Room is nice with comfortable bed but the water pressure in the shower is very weak and the towels smell of cigarette smoke. During my stay one elevator was out of order and there were renovations going on.

I recently stayed four nights at your hotel for a business trip and was very disappointed with my experience. I chose this property because the Marriott Bonvoy website advertised a pool and gym, with no mention that the hotel was under construction or that these amenities were unavailable. On arrival, I was told both were closed and construction would stop at 17:00, yet work continued until 18:07. My room was also in poor condition: a collapsing shower‑door hinge, dirty shampoo bottle, warped wallpaper, loose shower head, streaks on mirrors and doors, stained towels, and no tray for wet boots, causing water to pool on the uneven floor. Despite requesting maintenance and cleaning, nothing was done, and staff repeatedly failed to follow through on promises. A complimentary breakfast does not reflect the level of inconvenience and service issues I experienced.

Hotel was expensive and under renovations. Breakfast should’ve been included for the price, instead they want to charge $20 a person.

There were bugs in the room, so I checked out immediately. Sliverfish are not on the list of features.
