This was my second stay at Four Points, and I returned because my first experience was so positive. At check-in, I was offered the chance to stay in one of their newly renovated rooms, which I gladly accepted. While I’ve stayed in their older rooms before and never had an issue with the design or comfort, the updated rooms are a clear upgrade.
Even though there are newer hotels in the area, I chose to come back here because both the older and newer rooms feel clean, comfortable, and not at all dated. The renovated rooms have a more modern look, a larger TV, and an overall refreshed feel. I’ve found all the rooms to be spacious, which is a big plus.
A handwritten welcome note and chocolates were waiting for me in the room—thoughtful touches that really made the stay feel special. I also tried the hotel restaurant this time. I ordered a to-go meal and would rate it a 7/10. The chicken in my sandwich was a bit dry, but the convenience was great, and I’d definitely give it another try on my next visit.
Overall, I would absolutely recommend this hotel. The service, comfort, and thoughtful details continue to impress me, and I’ll certainly be back again.

We were woken up by drills and pounding at 9:30am after a long day of driving the day before. Went to leave long before our check out time and the elevator from the fifth floor was not working upon us leaving causing us to drag all our luggage down five flights of stairs along with our young child.

Simple, arrived late, left early. Distracted when I saw roaches in washroom. Could be cleaner on wall by toilet paper. Got turned off by that. Overall, appearance good. Liked that there is a long counter along wall to put my stuff on so I did not have to put them on the floor.

For the cost of the hotel the TV didn’t work. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for the price point

This hotel is NOT as advertised. Poorly maintained. Elevators are broken, facilities are dirty and disheveled and the rooms are unkempt and also poorly maintained. Absolutely not worth the money, spend it elsewhere.

The Expedia booking was terrible. I picked this location because the Expedia Deal said breakfast was included, however it didn’t come through on the reservation. I stayed 10 minutes further away from my destination to get the “breakfast” included deal. Lucky for me the front desk lady took the time to check out the Expedia site and saw that it said breakfast, so she gave me and my son the voucher.

Rooms definitely are needing an update and total renovation. lots of mold in the bathroom, peeling paint, shower caulking is disgusting. Shower has no faucet allowing gradual warming of water to turn the shower on once in. This causing you to reach into the shower stall to turn it on where you get blasted with cold water from the shower head. Not ideal…I really hope they put some sort of moisture extraction in the bathrooms as there is zero air movement.

Multiple weddings booked and only one elevator was in service all weekend. Rates were expensive for the quality of this hotel. Checking in the front desk was unfriendly. Will never go back.

It’s a great hotel, and a great place. Just becoming more and more expensive as the years pass, last year it was 150-170 a night for a two bed. Now it’s 225 for a 1 bed

Disappointed for price paid, pretty bland looking hotel. Felt like I was staying at a Travelodge. Unfortunately will not be staying at four points ever again, will book Holiday Inn next time.
