Hilton Whistler Resort and Spa

一番お安いプランでしたが中庭付きのお部屋に案内してくださいました。 ウィスラーゴンドラもすぐそこで、ビレッジにすぐアクセルできる出入り口があります。 キッチンも備品全て揃っておりお勧めです！ 歯ブラシはありません。

立地はいいですが、ビレッジに出るのにブーツ履いたまま長距離歩いて、スキーバレーから板持って急な階段を上がらなければいけないのは極めて不便。朝食のクオリティはとても低い。プールサウナの更衣室は冗談みたいに狭く、剥き出しのトイレの便器のすぐ横にロッカーがあるのは驚きました。昨年末まで大規模な改装を行なっていましたが、いったい何を開催したのか疑問だらけでした。全般にとても残念なホテルでした。

プールやサウナもあり、ゲレンデにも近く、静かな環境で良かったです。

We enjoyed out stay at this property. Its very close to the slopes and all the dining! Staff was excellent and wend above and beyond. Was a good price to quality ratio for us.

Nice room and quiet

The property has an excellent location. The staff are very kind, and the bellman service in particular is excellent. While the ski check-in service is great, the outside tent should stay open until 4:30 instead of closing at 4:00, because most people haven't come back by then. Additionally, our room in the South Tower is very dark. If the lighting could be improved, that would be great. Other than that, we think this is a good hotel.

Excellent stay. Clean. Close to chair lifts and restaurants. Bathroom and use a renovation.

Semi-fully equipped. Had what ever needed though. Dishes weren’t the cleanest. Some better knives would have been nice. Cooking pan was awful but the staff kindly gave me a new one.

Was assigned on the 2nd floor, didn’t notice if any Mountain View as only observe the surrounding buildings, but overall everything is great.

Clean room

The front desk staff were fine. The room was clean but the bed was lumpy. The service at the Cinnabear restaurant was not great but she gave us some compensation for not taking our dinner order correctly. It think the hotel was good overall but I would still rather stay at one of the nicer rooms at the Crystal lodge instead. Did not like that the ski storage locker was in the back of the hotel and only took skis and not boots or poles. The parking spaces in the parking garage are small and limited in number.

Great pool and hot tub, nice to have food and drink options in the lobby and a spa onsite-although pricey. Some staff were helpful and friendly and others didn't seem to care about their jobs. Location is amazing but biggest issue was our room had a crack along the ceiling where it meets the wall and we could hear every word from the room next door which was very disappointing and aggravating, hotel offered 1 night free parking which was ok I guess but wouldn't stay there again.
