Friendly welcome, lovely pool, rooms are very spacious and clean.

It’s a clean venue, but showing its age. Nice to see the outdoor amenities are all restored and in service (pool deck). However, the hotel didn’t discount its $40 “resort fee” despite not offering many of the advertised services (ie: bike rentals), and claimed that hotel wifi was one of the reasons for the added fee. Wifi as an extra. In 2026. The room wasn’t ready until an hour past the advertised check-in time, but at least they offered to store luggage while we waited, and were generous in a later check-out time when we departed. I’d stay here again, but will spend more time considering alternative accoms beforehand.

This 2 bed/2 bath unit was bright and huge at 1600 sq ft. with 3 sets of French doors opening to mountain views, generous sized rooms, an outstanding master bathroom, good beds and linen. It had very large kitchen, ample cupboards and counter tops, a Sub Zero fridge, a cooktop and microwave, but otherwise it was poorly equipped which is a shame. For a unit that size there was no oven, not even a teapot or a single serving dish or a blender. I’ve had far better equipped kitchens in 3 star studio units in other Whistler properties. It’s better suited for takeout or preparing simple food rather than preparing your own meals.

Me he hospedado en este hotel durante las últimas tres temporadas de ski y siempre había ido mejorando. Desafortunadamente, este año noté algunas faltas de mantenimiento en las habitaciones. Sin embargo, el staff sigue siendo muy amable y siempre está en pro de resolver cualquier situación.

The property was nice but service cold and unfriendly. Mentioned the stay was for a birthday celebration, the front desk person that checked us in didn’t even say happy birthday. I also mentioned I was a Hilton Honours member, no recognition of that either, only to see a sign at the other check in/out desk the day after (already at checkout), that welcome drinks are offered for members. Really poor service overall.

Plan to have fun. Staff was very helpful.

The staff was extremely helpful and considerate I would recommend staying here and I would consider staying here again. The only downside is that the shower in my room squealed.

We stayed with girlfriends during our girls trip. We booked for a one bedroom suite, but upgraded to two bedroom suite, with a beautiful view of the mountain side. The room was so spacious and clean, well stacked with amenities. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. overall, we had an amazing day in the hotel and in Whistler.

Our room was really dirty. Bathroom flooded, there was pink mould in the bathtub and walls. Kitchen cupboards had black stuff on it, stove top and sink had visible dust on it. The staff were wonderful though, we didnt feel the need to complain since we were there a night but certainly was a terrible experience.
