We had a lovely stay. Room was very clean. Found the hotel very central. Really appreciated the staff facilitating an early check in for us. Would definitely recommend.

Loved the location in the Village and great parking for a fee. Comfortable room and was quiet for sleeping. Staff were friendly and helpful. I’d recommend this hotel if your interested in being in the heart of Whistler Village near the gondolas.

When we arrived the bell staff were very confrontational about parking. Those I arrived with were trying to organize our motorcycles and the front entry is on a hill making it difficult to move and having the staff were rude and unhelpful. Once in the room and sleeping at 3am the jacuzzi tub went off every 15-30 mins. This sounded like a loud shop vacuum every time. This continued until we decided to check out of the room at 5 am as we couldn’t sleep. When advising the front staff they were unempathetic and not willing to deal with the issue. Lots of better hotels to stay in, do not recommend the Hilton.

Front desk staff were not rude but not friendly either. Only spoke when spoken to and did not feel welcomed. Cinnamon Bear servers were lovely. Our initial room had a dying light bulb and when addressed to the receptionist they did not offer a new room, instead suggested a mechanic to come but not until the next day which we were only there for a two night stay. Hotel itself is decent but for a Hilton hotel, did not impress me

The bathroom door should be replaced as the bottom of the door was wearing away due to the moisture. Also the fridge was not thoroughly cleaned as we found a have empty bottle of wine in the freezer.

Very nice hotel in a great location in Whistler Village. The common areas like lobby, pool, patio, and dining were very nice and upscale. Our room was in the south tower. We found the elevators, hallways, and room to be a bit dated and in need of a refresh. Overall, a pretty good hotel in a beautiful place.

Was in Whistler for work and had King room with kitchen and balcony (alley view, but oh well) and it was awesome. It is a slightly older hotel, in a good way, with modern renovations in all the right places but the rooms are the generous type they don't provide in newer hotels. We had a large space with bathroom, bed area, kitchen, sitting area, fireplace and desk. I remarked to my husband that it might be the most comfortable room layout I've ever been in since it feels like an apartment. Comfortable place, very clean, great location. There is a little Starbucks setup in the lobby from the morning until 2 pm. Had room service once and it was very good. Shout out to all the staff including the front desk, valet, server for the room service and the Starbucks folks, who were all easygoing and friendly.

The room was not cleaned properly when we arrived, lots of long hairs in the bathroom, amenities we never refilled properly, we had to call room service multiple times over our 4 night stay.
