The room is quite spacious and clean. No problem. It is located behind the city hall like other side of the town. So a bit far from the restaurants and shipping. But the public transportation is easy from the airport. Non stop bus and 5 minutes walking to the bus stop

We could upgrade our room without extra fee because a staff of checkin counter offered excellent service. It was so excited to staying the highest floor.

This was one of the worst place I ever stayed... with such a high priced room, no slippers, no bathrobes, no toothbrushes, no hair brush nor corm, no such "usual" amenities are supplied, even upon request. I had to go find a shop to buy those, for some I could not find any place to buy one during the entire stay. The air-con was broken and keeping the room so cold and dusty I have almost couldn't sleep at all. The room top fan was also in the work, no switch to stop the fan that scattering the dusty cold air all around the room. Very unpleasant stay, and also they did not apply the beneficial rate which I would have been able to utilize, and put me to the horrible room for a week. The surrounding area is flooded with spooky (drag?) people, not safe.

CTrainの駅徒歩圏にあり、ティムホートン も隣接してて良かった。買い物には不便だが、部屋は清潔に保たれ、スタッフの対応も良かった。無線wi-fiも無料で動画が見れるほどの速度があって良かった。朝食は簡単なホットミールとシリアルとブレッドがあるだけだった。またカルガリーを訪れる時には使いたい。

We required a suite, and it was lovely, having all the kitchen requirements. It is next door to a Tim Horton’s, and it is also a very secure hotel. I am sure there are other features such as its restaurant.

Great location, close to the bow river and a superstore over the road Downside was lots and I mean lots of homeless people, however they did not bother me or anyone I saw. Pool was clean, but chlorine was super strong and caused my kids to get a rash on their body. Breakfast was good, not a great deal of choice, but was nice. Shame you had to pay extra if you wanted a latte or expresso etc Beds were comfortable and facilities were great in the suite and great for cooking to keep the cost down of eating out. Staff were friendly and helpful. Gym was great, hot in there with no AC

The location was great. Downtown and close to shopping and the LRT. The hotel condition and staff were excellent. The food was just ok but manageable. Parking inside the hotel was expensive but they offered a paid lot across the street that worked out just great. (12$ for the weekend).

Great place and location clean rooms friendly staff

Our family booked two queen suites for 3 nights. The rooms are huge! Very clean and comfortable!! The restaurant service was slow, but the food and drinks were really great! Complimentary breakfast was decent, good variety. Would definitely stay here again. Location is close to everything, including the c-train.

Hotel was great staff were helpful and everything was clean.

Hotel is very nice, just in a bad area. I would not go out at night. I went down the block for food and watched people smoking crack pipe and 2 others peeing just off the sidewalk as I walked by. I didn't feel safe even during the day. Again not the hotels fault just the location.

Everything was going well during our stay, but unfortunately our experience was ruined at the very end. We came back to the hotel to pick up our luggage and change into more comfortable clothes before heading to the airport. While I was waiting for my girlfriend, the security guard approached me in a very rude and disrespectful manner, questioning what I was doing there and implying that I shouldn’t be on the premises. I explained politely that I was just waiting for my partner and that we would be leaving in a few minutes, but his attitude remained aggressive and inappropriate. This kind of treatment was completely unnecessary and left us with a very negative final impression of the hotel. It’s a shame that a single interaction could overshadow an otherwise decent stay. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and provides better training for their staff, especially those in security, to treat guests with basic courtesy and respect.

Loved the place except it was right near a homeless shelter.

Very nice property. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were friendly. We enjoyed our weekend stay.
