Clean rooms, great breakfast

Hotel was gorgeous and the staff was super friendly. Was a bit hard to find where the underground parking was. Overall a great stay

Great place to stay!

At check in I requested cleaning during my stay however I did not receive any. When booking it stated “tub/shower combo” when I checked in I confirmed only to be told the room I requested actually didn’t have a tub. I was travelling with 2 small children therefore a tub was necessary. The reception staff seemed annoyed she had to “upgrade” me to a room with a tub & have housekeeping move the crib which was already placed in the original room. Dishes in the room were dirty. Only 1 elevator went to the parking so you always had to use one to get to the main level then another for the parking which was inconvenient.

The shower was ice cold in the morning. Finally warmed up to barely warm after running for 10 minutes

We came to Calgary to see the Flames play and we love that this hotel is a quick 12 minute walk from the Saddledome. The lounge was inviting, affordable and our food came quickly. Our room was clean and comfortable. There is underground parking but it is best for smaller vehicles. Our suburban was a little tight down there. We especially liked that the entrance was locked to prevent the transients from entering the hotel and appreciated that there was security on site. We recommend this hotel.

Good location and friendly staf

Only 1 block from the downtown C-train station, underground parking, and a superstore only a block away. Like being in a bachelor apartment. Reasonable rates.

Great hotel, nice and spacious rooms, staff are nice, the restaurant food was good too. Amenities like pool and gym are good as well. Only thing not so great is breakfast. It was okay, I guess we are used to sausages and bacon on a buffett breakfast, but still a good one. Will stay again. My kids loved it.

Very large suite, with great facilities, bed was very comfortable!

The staff were very courteous, the room was clean and the restaurant was great too.

It was a one night trip

Room was super clean, everything was new and there wasn’t any odor. The staff was super nice. The breakfast was really good, lots of options. Only bad thing, the pool wasn’t open due to maintenance.

Suite had a nice size room. Room was clean, hot delicious breakfast each morning, close to a small shopping area with essential items. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was better than expected!!

Everything was great! The room was cozy and beautiful. Had a great view with beautiful big windows. The staff was kind. The breakfast was delicious. It could have been reolenished a little more efficiently, but otherwise, it was great. The on site restaurant was also great. Love the location, as its so close to the train, as well. Parking is a bit expensive but very convenient, if you can get a spot!
